[Resolved]  Ferns & Petals — refund of money for non delivery of products

hi,

This is very bad experience with this third class company they didn't deliver my product and not ready to refund my money its almost 1 month . i called several times at the customer care no. ([protected]) seniors are not ready to heard my complaint and their customer care also harrase me.
arrange a call back for me within hours otherwise i will send legal notice for the non refund of payment & for the compenstion for harrasing me.

Ferns & Petals — Non Delivery of Bought Product

I bought a perfume online from www.fnp.inand paid Rs 1100 on 9th of Jan 2009, for delivery to a friend in Raipur, i was assured of delivery in 2 days. Buts it has been 10 days now and the product has yet not been delivered. I esquire about it daily and sometimes they tell me that it has been delivered while sometimes they say it is still to reach Raipur. Now they do not even pick my calls and rudely tell me not to disturb them.

on the other hand they call my friend in Raipur and tell her that they came and found no one at the delivery address which is impossible as delivery address is a residential university where students and teachers and other staff stay 24 hours throughout the year.
