I had used Ferns & Petals online website to get a consignment delivered(Order No.[protected] on 11.4.2014 (AWB No. - FNP12086). It is four days today that the consignment is out at bay & the only trace of it according to the hapless call centre employees is that it is out for delivery. Repeated frantic calls to the F&P enquiry number have led to assurances & promises of extension of one day each time, quoting errant courier...

FERNS N PETALS Sucks!!! I placed an order yesterday (11th May 2013) to be delivered today for Mother's Day and it has yet not been delivered. I have been trying to call your customer care for the entire day today. No body attends to the calls even after 3 hours of waiting.....and then after hours of waiting one stupid customer care executive picks up the call and when I akh her to check and tell me,she cancels the call....this is the...

This is very bad experience with this third class company they didn't deliver my product and not ready to refund my money its almost 1 month . i called several times at the customer care no. ([protected]) seniors are not ready to heard my complaint and their customer care also harrase me.
arrange a call back for me within hours otherwise i will send legal notice for the non refund of payment & for the compenstion...

I had ordered flowers from ferns & Petals, this was for my sister and brother in law for their wedding anniversary.

I had ordered on 16th April (order number[protected], and used the midnight delivery plan, this after talking to their customer care who assured me that ordered will be delivered between 11.30 pm to 12.30 AM on 17th April.

I was quite surprised to know that ordered was not delivered at all,...
