I had used Ferns & Petals online website to get a consignment delivered(Order No.[protected] on 11.4.2014 (AWB No. - FNP12086). It is four days today that the consignment is out at bay & the only trace of it according to the hapless call centre employees is that it is out for delivery. Repeated frantic calls to the F&P enquiry number have led to assurances & promises of extension of one day each time, quoting errant courier services which was beyond their control. The occasion that it was meant for is unfortunately past gone, but my fears lie in the fact that I am still not sure whether my valuable money has been looted of me. My patience has run out completely, & I am reminded of thousands of others who have registered such complaints against Ferns & Petals.
I request you to take strict & prompt action against this company & strongly advise everybody against ordering any goods as far as Ferns & Petals goes. Hope my words bear fruit & helps all the gullible ones out there. Was this information helpful? | 
Non delivery of the requested item
My order no:[protected]. I have paid Rs. 1299I ordered flowers and cake for my mother on Mother's day and it never reached her. I am desperately trying to contact them and no one is responding. How disgusting is the service???
