[Resolved]  Fernsnpetals.com — Bad product delivered and Poor servicing

Hi There,

I would like to complain against the product delivered by an online website Floralindia.com. Today is my birthday and my dad ordered a cake and a flower booke for me form jammu branch. I received the ordre in my office today at 10.42AM.

I would like to bring in your notice that the cake delivered by the vendor is not at all frsh and its hard and the bread is also stinking. These people are chargeing almost the dobule the cost which is available in the market and yet they dont provide a quality product.

I would request you to do some thing regarding the same as these guys has spoiled tmy birthday. When i launched a complaint agains them in there client service department, every time they disconnect the call saying that they will get back to me and replace the cake with the fresh one but even after 5 hours of launching the complain there is no response from there side. Also when i trued to call they said that there is no such orderd.

Would request please look into this as this is a kind of a very bad experience with the well know site.

Even after calling 5times to the customer care there is no action from there side.
