I had ordered a product on fernsnpetals.com and had given my address of delivery. the site accepted my request and send me a conformation mail after i had done a net banking payment. the very next day i received a mail that the order is not complete and i have to pay again. when i checked my account online, the money has been taken already and the site says i have to pay again for completing my order. i send a mail to fernsnpetals asking...

I would like to complain against the product delivered by an online website Floralindia.com. Today is my birthday and my dad ordered a cake and a flower booke for me form jammu branch. I received the ordre in my office today at 10.42AM.
I would like to bring in your notice that the cake delivered by the vendor is not at all frsh and its hard and the bread is also stinking. These people are chargeing...

I have booked one Gift Hamper on 17.11.2010 & same has been registered over phone (Booking ID[protected] ) for midnight delivery.Company has neither delivered till 18.11.2010 day 4 pm nor inform me.On my query they informed me that receiver address is very far away from our office ,please note that it was my appr. 4th order on this same web site & they did not inform me about this while ordering.
