I had ordered a product on fernsnpetals.com and had given my address of delivery. the site accepted my request and send me a conformation mail after i had done a net banking payment. the very next day i received a mail that the order is not complete and i have to pay again. when i checked my account online, the money has been taken already and the site says i have to pay again for completing my order. i send a mail to fernsnpetals asking them to cancel my order and refund my money but no reply from them yet. the order number is as follows : [protected] . it would be helpful if something could be done in this matter.
