[Resolved]  FETISE — Fraud and irresponsible behaviour

I placed an order # 100176-A for a perfume on Fetise mainly because my friend had introduced the site to me and I had a discount voucher. Since I was using it the first time, I was a bit suspicious and I chose the cash on delivery option. For 2 weeks, I was told the order was ready to be dispatched 'soon'. To my utter disappointment (albeit not surprise), on calling them up today, I was told that the order had to be canceled because they could not procure the product from a vendor. Leave alone the unreliability of the website, they did not even have the courtesy to inform me of the problem until I actually called them.
Thank god I chose cash on delivery, not sure I wouldve gotten my money back in the other case.
Save yourselves, there are other much better and reliable online shopping websites.

My Order # 16443....The order was placed 2 months ago and I still have not received the order. The site keeps saying that its in processing and when called them, which is extremely difficult to get a hold off. They say that their vendor did not send them the product. Them how did they put up the same sale twice. They also insist on a store refund....I want my money back. They are a junk site

Help line no is not lifting and this is a fraud site. I am also ordered in this site at 18th Aug 2011, till now they don't send the items, My order # 19800
