I have placed an order at Fetise.Com dated[protected]. I have made all the necessary payment. My order number is # 20321
I have called many times on their helpline no. provided on their site,but most of the times the call does not connect to any representative and if luckily it does they have a repetitive excuse that vendor has not provided the desired product to them.
But on the other hand they are continuously making sale of those products at regular intervals on their site and not just this they are also sending mails and sms for those products daily
I have also tried to connect to them throw e-mail on 16th & 17th september but they does not reply.
Now,When i searched about them (www.fetise.com) on internet i found that they have done this same problem with other peoples in past.
Since its been almost a month now,But the product which I have order is not yet received I am starting to get worry thinking whether the website is fraud and may be i am also the one of them who get cheated by them.
Please help.

FETISE — Cheating by changing the redeemable amount

The Fetise website told that the redeemable vouchers can be used for a purchase of thousand in the begining and without any prior information it is beeing changed to 1500..

They have charged me etc for the deliver and told they will provide me redeemable coupons and it has been more than a month.

The people dont reply properly even when i call them..

All they tell is we will do the procedure. But never does anything.

but what about the 100 rs extra charge u people charged me for deliver though i paid online. As mentioned by u online payment free delivery. Right. And i have mail u people as many times possible but no response. none of my vouchers are changed back to 1000. You people are not at all taking actions for any of the mails. I am really sorry to say this your customer care is ZERO

I had purchased a set of miniatures at Fetise and had made a prepaid order. I received my order in 3 week's time...its a bit long waiting, but as for the product it rocked. Set of 5 miniatures for just 2000 was really good deal. Fetise does give grt price on products.
