I have placed an order at Fetise.Com dated 18th August2011. I have made all the necessary payment. My order number is 19800. I have called many times on their helpline no. But phone no is not working....

I placed an order # 100176-A for a perfume on Fetise mainly because my friend had introduced the site to me and I had a discount voucher. Since I was using it the first time, I was a bit suspicious and I chose the cash on delivery option. For 2 weeks, I was told the order was ready to be dispatched 'soon'. To my utter disappointment (albeit not surprise), on calling them up today, I was told that the order had to be canceled because...
