FHM VOD — FHM VOD from CellOne Galaxy

FHM VOD even after many complaints keep charging Rs.5/- per day. How can I stop this.

I m again and again complaining to deactivate VOD FHM from my mobile.no one is looking to the complaints.again requesting to deactivate.my mobile number is [protected] and subid no.is 1367

My mobilenumber is [protected] which is an EXCEL ANANT connection. For the last five days you are unauthorisily deducting Rs.5/- per day from my account in the name of FHM VOD for which I never subscribed. In this regard I made a complaint through this complaint forum and made a complaint on Thursday through your Customer care also. But still today there is no reply from your end but you are deducting my account without my consent. I am complaining again to deactivate immidiately FHM VOD from my mobile and stop the fraudulent act.
