Dear Sir, The consignment number: S60115406 booked on 28th Dec’2010 from Cuddalore Manjakuppam Branch, Cuddalore, Tamil Nadu, India to Ahmedabad, Gujarat. But still it is not delivered at Customer Place. But as per first flight commitment the consignment should reach on or before Thursday itself (30.12.2010). Consignment Number: S 60115406 dated 28.12.2010 Kindly take necessary steps to deliver the same today itself, since the customer ready to move to Nigeria, South Africa tomorrow (02.11.2011)afternoon. Please do the needful. This is very worst service and not reliable service also nobody is responding in Gujarat & Mumbai office. my vehicle's insurance is not delivered as one week has passed the ETD was within 3 days, I called and spoke a costumer executive told him about it. but still the package is not yet delivered

1-I booh order from home shop 18 at 11/8/2012,
2-i have recevied call from your office kashipur(244713) at 21/8/12 he told me your order came in my first flight office i will dispatch u tommorow i[censored]rgent u collect our material from my office,
3-again i call your kashipur f flight officeat 22/8/12 again he told me i will send your material tommorow i[censored]rgent u collect our material from my office.
4- our material come in kashipur on dated 21/8/12 at morning but i have not receved tiil date and time, it hink very bad service your kashipur area.
I requsted to u plz look this matter on urgent basis, and take necessary action on priorty . to solve my probulam.
