[Resolved] First Flight Courier — Unprofessional attitude of the staff | |||
A courier was supposed to be delivered at our place. They called today saying that your house is in a No service area, come and collect your document today or we will send it back. Well first, they refused to deliver it at our house with an excuse that it's outside the service area. Well you guys charge it to deliver at house but you were not doing so. Ok point taken that it's no service area but don't just call the customer and threaten the cust that if you don't come today we will send the thing back. Atleast givehim a days time.. I told him that I'l collect that tomorrow, he said can't you make it tomorrow. We might send it back otherwise.. You need to give atleast a day to the customer if you are not delivering it at house. And they were least helpful too.. They were totally unprofessional in their attitude. The docket no was ZB1329830, just in case you need it. My mail id is [protected]@rediffmail.com. Please go through the brochure/bills/receipts for any terms and conditions.You can send them a legal notice stating your grievance and for the refund. You have a very prima facie case against the Company. They will certainly start responding to you immediately. I am a lawyer. Please do not hesitate to call me.
