[Resolved] First Flight Couriers — Poor Customer Service / Non receipt of items | |||
First Flight Courier – Chennai Division / Corporate Office SBI Card division has despatched a card for me on 14.12.2010. See below the reponse of the first flight courier - what i have mailed them. Will your courier service check only for a day ? Don’t you have the procedure of leaving a “Sorry to have Missed U card” like other reputed courier company[s]? How do the customer reach you without any contact number or how do we come to know that some packet o[censored]s is lying with you? Do you really have any procedures being followed in your concern regarding tracking [or] do you really know what is customer service? I was hunting to reach you – by getting your Chennai number from internet –only one line and that line is always busy. Till date not able to reach u. From 16th to 21st December , where did your personnel check and report as “Party Not Available”. How all of a sudden , you landed up saying House Locked? Till date no one has contacted me. To my surprise I was at home on 24.10.2010. What is the proof your delivery person coming to my place for you to say the house is locked. After all this struggle , they have sent back the packet to gurgaon, which was again despatched on 31.12.2010. Till date no response, The cycle repeats .... Was this information helpful? | |||
