Iam Rasheed.Shaik joined in First source solutions on 17th Aug 2009, My home is 5kms away from office, I was hospitalized as I was Suffering with "Typhoid" in the month of September. Actually its just a normal fever so i did not took much care, so that normal fever moved to "Malayria", I requested the First source organition to provide leave to take rest as it was bit difficult to come office in that condition but the first source organistion has denied my request. Then that Malaria fever changed to "Viral fever", each and every collegue know my health condition. Again I complained to the Managers along with my collegues to send me home but they did not showed any mercy on me but still they demanded me to come and work. With great difficult I came to office by walk to work as Iam very poor. So my health condition was in danger with the effect of "Typhoid", So I have sended a mail to CEO who is head of southern INDIAN zone even though I did not get any response. With great difficult I was cured out.
Again I faced the same health condition on November11th, so without any ones intimation I came back to home, so they have abandon me from my designation. I have to receive 1month salary when I went to office for my settlement HOD's has blamed me to pay 1500/- in reverse to get my experience. As I dont have any Support to go furthur. I found an option in this web site to complain against them.
I kindly pleased you to take necessary action if posible so that it will not be repeated to my collegue..
