My name is Rotnakar Pangging, emp I'd 1108758 & I'm working for the sky TV help. Since last few months as I returned from my home on the 13th of Dec 2021 I always had a conflict with my team leader name as Swathi M.. And today finally when I saw my current payroll of Feb-march I found that 3 days are approved as absence. The day 16th of Feb, 14th of Mar & 15th of Mar. Whereas I have a leave balances of more than 25 days. Last year as well I have to lost 2 days LOP which was never reimbursed to me. The lady is making it totally personal. Why would she deduct my 3 days of payments. It's bcoz she is a TL. Who is taking unconditional benefits. I never had a complaint against my company but my complaint is against my TL who is taking illegal powers against me. I need to talk on this regards to you a lot. This time I'm losing 3 days of payments why, even after having more than 25 days of leave balances.
Can you please explain me. I apparently thought of raising the case to the employees court against
my TL swathi since firstsource can't give me solutions but later I found you so decided that I should speak once to you on this regards.
