hello sir ...This A.prasanna venkatesan from trichy...I made online resevation from tiruchirapalli jn to nagerkovil jn, thru irctc on[protected]..journey date[protected]..on the same date[protected] i cancelled that ticket.PNR NUM [protected]..transaction id [protected]..ticket fare 191 were debited from my icici account ..but still now amt not refund...plz do my needfull..
