[Resolved]  Fixed Deposit — NEGLIGENCE OF PNB, PRABHAT CHOWK, HOSHIARPUR BRANCH

I am sorry to say that inspite of very good service of PNB in the time of CBS i have come to tell you negligence of PNB, Prabhat Chowk, Hoshiarpur branch. I have made a FD from Hoshiarpur branch and my a/c is in Rohini, Delhi branch. On 27/02/10 my two fds were gone to mature so i have sent both FDs through express service of courier on 24.02.10 along with instructions to credit the maturity proceeds to my mentioned A/c nos. The pkt has been recd in the branch on 25.02.10. Due to three holidays of Holi the amt can b late but sorry to say that the amt has not been credited till 05.03.10. When i have given authority to my mother in law to visit the branch who is in hoshiarpur. Then only by pressure they have try to trace the FD. I have dial so many STD calls to know the status on that day and not only this i was unable to pay the huge fee of my daughter's institute. I need compensation from management for delay payment and negligence which fall me sick. I have given a complaint no 393 and 411 on site of complaints india dated 05.03.10 and 06.03.10. No action has been taken till date. If some solution can be no provide i will forward the same to consumer court.
