[Resolved] Fixed Deposit — not pay maturity amount | |||
Dear sir/Madam I have invested in Fixe Deposit Scheme of Ansal Properties & Infra. Company as details given below.I have contacted to the company at New Delhi Office and their registrar Link Intime Ltd. Mumbai many time for the payment of my maturity amount.But the company told that talk to the Registrar and registrar told talk to the company every time and not paying my maturity amount.Now when I call to the company at Delhi OFFICE not picking the Phone call and not reply for the Email. I Have an tdr for rs50000 due on 12/04/2014 whereas they have paid interest uptodate n payment
On maturity is being made on random basis it is not necessary thatma tdr matured on 1stjune2014
Can be paid before a tdr due on 12apl2014 for our money we r begging them it theIr Mercy they wil
Pay ur tdr When they want as they are paying intt 18% after maturity whereas they should pay
According to datewise pl help me to make payment at an early date.

I, NANDITA BANERJEE had invested Rs.100000/ for fixed deposit on 02-05-13 to M/S ANSAL PROPERTIES with annual interest @12% having DEPOSIT RECEIPT NO.:DR-90217.Its maturity amount (Rs.112684/) was due on 01-05-14.No payment was received by me yet.Umpteen telephone call made to M/S LINKIN TIME LTD®ISTERAR office of ANSAL PROPERTIS remained unanswered.Even e-mail to register office
was of no-impact..Pl.help me in getting due amount back immediately
