Hi, i am neha. My mother have saving account as well as fixed deposit accounts in zila sahkari bank private limited in which i am the nominee. She has expired on7 dec 2019. I have submitted the original documents, my kyc, death certificate. But still not getting any satisfactory answer. Although i have opened my saving account as well. They are not updating anything. Kindly help me to solve this. I have also complaint to the head office of kanpur.

Myself, abhijit lahiri, an investor in vibgyor gold fixed deposits (Fd receipt no. Bdmd 1974) for rs. 50, 000. I invested on 30.9.2012 for a 3 year period with maturity date being 30.9.2015, quarterly interest of rs.1562 was payable. However, the interest was stopped since november 2013. Assuming the same interest along with the principal, my current dues are rs. 81, 240 (Rs. 31, 240 which is interest for 5 years and principal - rs.50, 000).

My name is rvs pradeep kumar, applied for unitech fixed deposit on[protected]. My fdr no. Is 1218807 and my account no. Is 1241271. My maturity date was[protected]. I have returned the certificate to unitech ltd. After the maturity date. But till now i have not recieved my fixed deposit payment amount. Please see my payment would be made to me and solve my problem as soon as possible.

Dear sirs, i am padmavathy rajagopalan. The fd no. 11815 for rs. 50000 (Rupees fifty thousand only), matured on 2nd november, 2016. I applied for refund. Till date no reponse. Recently, my daughter got married on 2nd april 2017 and i was forced to borrow money with higher interest. 1. i had taken fdr from jayprakash associate ltd bearing no[protected] dated 5/11/12 under scheme ‘’cum 36’’ rs 50000/-. the scheme was matured on 6th nov 2015, simultaneously i presented certificate for the same on 13th nov 2015. your office bearer told to me that amount will be send by cheque on your home address.

2. on 20th jan 2016 i again submitted a registered letter intimating that amount not yet received. company have not given any information that when amount will be sent.

3. i again self visited your office sector -128 and it is told to me that amount will be sent in 1st week of june with interest up to last date of dispatched of cheque.

4. i am sorry that company office not at forwarded maturity amount.

Its high time goverment should follow this consumer requstes and help to get invest.
Still after posing this there is small note come above that editor will check then they will post the mail .

That is why no use giving detail of investment .Here they are to take action or they are to see detail of your u=investment just disclose investment company's name date of maturity.
And received principal amtount or compny has stop paying interest.

My wif P.Krishnaveni is having FD worth Rs 8 Lakhs with your Canara Bank Ashok Nagar Branch at Chennai.

When she approached the bank for availing loan facility against her FD, Bank Staff in FD section is telling her that Why you are coming on saturday at 9.30 A.M.,Its only Half Day working like that etc.

Is the way the service should be with your customer like my wife that too having lumpsum deposit with canara bank.

Please see that same will not repeat in future.As the customer we have more option to choose and go with other bankalso.

as i contact my branch for my money they told that your FD has not yet been transfered to bikaner branch

but the suratgarh branch is not responding about it and saying that they have already tranfered it.



now both branchs are saying they are unable to do any thing....


sir i am engineering student and my college and hostle fee are pending on this money....

i am unable to do anything, plz help me

i had deposited Rs.10000/- as a fixed deposit in Lloyd's finance ltd.in 27/11/1997 for fifty one months.Rate of interest was

17.72 per cent per annum.The date of maturity was 21/02/2002 but after maturity Lloyd's finance ltd had not returned my full

amount of fix deposit money.When i send a letter they told me that a cheque no 133241 of HDFC Bank of Rs 10000 is send to

you date of 5/10/2010 but here i am not getting any cheque .Reserve bank of India has also taken a guarantee of this fraud

company i don't know after making so many complaints from no of customer of this company , Govt of India is taken any legal

action,i already call and and send many letter to this company after that but not getting any reply
lloyed finance ltd have not returned nothing to me although at the time of taking fixed deposit Reserve bank of India has

taken a guarantee to return money to the customer but every one can see that what they do.
I am a heart patient and also having kidney problem.

This is to bring to your kind notice that my wife , Smt. Jayeeta Basu has had been maintaining a privilege account ( account no. [protected] ) in Baguihati Branch of AXIS BANK Ltd. A minority account ( a/c no [protected]) in name of my son , Master Saraswat Basu was opened in the same bank, taking the privilege facility of my wife?s account.

My wife had deposited an amount of Rupees Two Lacs in the Baguihati Branch of Axis Bank Limited , in two separate FDs , the details of which are mentioned below :

At the time of making the FDs , it was advised by my wife to transfer the maturity amount to account no. [protected] , on the date ( i.e.[protected] of maturity.

On 17th April-2010, during the transaction with my son?s account , my wife observed that the maturity amount was not transferred to the above mentioned account no. [protected] . On raising query, it was told by one lady bank employee of the said branch that both the FDs have been renewed at the rate ( lower than the previous rate)which is the prevalent rate ( about 6 % )of AXIS BANK LTd. for the said period of one year. It was also noticed that, despite submitting Form 15 G ( submitted thrice ---on[protected] , April-2009 and on[protected] , TDS has been deducted in the month of December-2009 , which is two months before maturity date . When the lady was asked that why no TDS certificate and receipts of auto-renewal have not been despatched, my wife was told that the said documents will not be sent. However, on producing the previous receipts, mentioned in the above table, the maturity amount will be refunded.

Under the above circumstances, the following clarifications are sought :

1. How TDS can be deducted ,before the maturity date ?
2. How TDS, has been deducted , despite submitting 15G ?
3. Why TDS certificate has been refused by the Bank ?
4. Why, despite standing instruction, the maturity amount was not transferred to the beneficiary ( herein referred the account no. [protected] of Master Saraswat Basu) ?
5. Why, Bank has refused to send the receipts of auto renewal of the said amount ?
6. Why no counterfoil was given at the time of submission of 15G in the month of April-2009 ? Why my wife was contacted by one of the Bank Employee to submit 15G in the month of February-2010 ?

I have a FDR no. [protected], matured on[protected],from Pitam pura, Delhi Branch, but not received the auto renewed FDR, till date.The IDBI office shifted its location in Pitam Pura, no information of its new address, phone no.,fax, mail, the dealing personnel communicated to me.On personal mobile phones of bank employee I get only evasive replies.

I am sorry to say that inspite of very good service of PNB in the time of CBS i have come to tell you negligence of PNB, Prabhat Chowk, Hoshiarpur branch. I have made a FD from Hoshiarpur branch and my a/c is in Rohini, Delhi branch. On 27/02/10 my two fds were gone to mature so i have sent both FDs through express service of courier on 24.02.10 along with instructions to credit the maturity proceeds to my mentioned A/c nos. The pkt has been recd in the branch on 25.02.10. Due to three holidays of Holi the amt can b late but sorry to say that the amt has not been credited till 05.03.10. When i have given authority to my mother in law to visit the branch who is in hoshiarpur. Then only by pressure they have try to trace the FD. I have dial so many STD calls to know the status on that day and not only this i was unable to pay the huge fee of my daughter's institute. I need compensation from management for delay payment and negligence which fall me sick. I have given a complaint no 393 and 411 on site of complaints india dated 05.03.10 and 06.03.10. No action has been taken till date. If some solution can be no provide i will forward the same to consumer court.

I Shiraz H Todai had kept Fixed Deposit in Abhudaya Co-op Bank Ltd after maturity date i went after 1 1/2 month they give me only maturity amount they we can't give interest for 1 1/2 month but in other co-operative bank i.e DCB BMCB i had kept FD but when i went after 2 months they gave interest for 2 months also So I wanted to know the rules are different for all Co-Op Bank or not please let me know
