Flipkart.com — delay in replacing after problem in item during warranty


Hi, I had ordered MItashi Smarty Blue from Flipkart and received it on 7th Oct. On 27th Oct, while trying to charge the handheld unit i observed that its charger is not working. Have been trying to follow up with them since 31st Oct but they keep telling me that they will get back to me in 24 hrs but so far no resolution of this. It is still under warranty for next 6 months. My Order Id : OD[protected] - gaming console : Mitashi Smarty (Blue)

hai i have purchase a new lava iris x5 mobile, iam order in 26oct, this product iam receiving in 28, on the mobile of not working touch screen, i need a help but no help of flipkart, flipkart is very very bad, my order id[protected]
