Order nor yet delivered, but amount is credited from Bank account. I have made below transaction online from flora stand, money has been deducted from my credit card but the flowers are not yet delivered.Request you to help me in this regards. We had a discussion over phone and they ensured that the money will be revert back but after that when we drop mails to them they havn't reply any of our mails and also not picking up the phone.Even we told them that we will drag them to consumer forum....but that also not bothered them. The below mention phone numbers are useless. Flora Stand — Not Delivered the Goods
I have booked for delivery of Flowers and Chocolates to my daughter on her birthday. It is not delivered. There is no response from 4 to 5 phone numbers tried. [protected],[protected],[protected].My order booking number is 3097
The amount is paid through net banking of SBi with the following details.
CCA12BFRE620IG92249845 TRANSFER TO [protected] AVENUES INDIA PRIVATE
Amount is Rs. 675/-.
How to recover the amount.

The delivery time asked for was 9 AM - 11 AM.
Till evening I could not contact anybody in any phone numebr. Hence I registered a complaint by around 5 o clock.
The items were delivered after 9 PM.

Flora Stand — order not delivered but charged credit card
sir,i have a bday gift purchase of flowers (50 pink flowers,total cost rs525) on 20/10/2010.the delivery date was 21/10/2010. i never get confirmation on status,but i was charged from credit card.
after two days from my order, i called flora stand.they promised for refund of same,but never take any action.now it is almost two months and they not even attending my call.i tried hundred of times to call ,but no response from flora stand authorities. mailed my card statement along with complaint to their help desk,still no reply.this is like cheating customers.please help me and take necessary action
