Floralgiftstoindia — not refunding money | |||||
Hi, I have ordered a bouque and a cake on 16th June 2013 of Rs 1000 to get it delivered on 18th June 2013, but it didnt get delivered. Even after my continuous calls they kept on saying we will deliver but end of the day they didnt deliver, but updated the tracking status as delivered, i asked them to refund my money they said it will be refunded within a week but it didnt and now they are not receving calls and if they are then hearing voice they are disconnecting calls. no they are not even listening to me when ii call and disconnect my call. I only know the office is at kolkata no address, i need the address.
