Fly DS 410 — Not yet solved

Sir,

I have purchased DS 410 Fly dual sim mobile from HOT SPOT on 18.10.08, then I found the problem that automaticly switching off. I went to Pranav Infocom and submitted the mobile handset for repair on 29.11.2008 vide Job sheet Tag No. 432. Even till today I have not received the same and they are giving reason that 'they do not have software to rectify and sent to the company.

Please Help me in this regard.

I bought my fly ds410 from Vijay Sales and it gives me the same problem- switches off with a full battery on.

I bought this on 20 Jan 2008.

I'm not facing any problem like this. Pl. give ur handset to authorised service station only.
But I'm not getting GPRS settings from BSNL Pl Help me if anybody having it.

I am having FLY hummer model handset but having a problem of Emergency display in the screen. If somebody calls responce will be Swtchedoff. Same sim put in other handset like Nokia no problem at all.
Any feedback by technically or genarrally re welcome. Thank you.

i want to transfer the song from pc to mobile, when i attach data cable. it start charging and no option for data transfer are shown. please guide me, how i transfer data from pc to mobile DS 410

Yes, I purchased fly ds410 in July 09 and withing 1 months its charger's cable has been melt.

Something is wrong with its charger.

Will i get the charger replaced free of cost as it is still in warranty.

I am facing the problem with data cable.As i ask the fly customer care to bring the cable but one month past and i don't get cable yet.When i call they say it already dispatch and when it will come i will call you.

I have bought a FLY DS410 from HOTSPOT in sonepat(Haryana) on 23rd March 2009.Its data cable stops working within a month.I have repaired it from fly custmer care at sonepat, they gave the data cable after five months after repairing.It again stops working after two months.What should I do????
please help me immediately...

Yes i have purchased ds410 model on november 2009.after 6 month data cable is not working .I went to service centre & i am assured that charger not avalaible at company & also in market.Really poor service...Badri, pune
