Hi Sir,

I purchase FLy SX-210 Series. I have display problem in my mobile. Also i need handsfree. But ACCEL electronics, who is authourised service centre of Fly not answering me properly and also i asked handsfree, but they telling only we use to give service not spares sales. So plz give solution for me. Mine number is [protected]
I have purchased fly B700 from Modern Enterprises on 07/02/08. As it is not working properly i give it for repairs to ACCEL FRONTLINE LIMITED PUNE on 31/01/09 during Warranty period. Even after 19 days i have not got it back. I REQUEST you to please...please instruct the concerned person to repair it or give me a replacement immediately.

I purcahased fly SX225 from Mobile Store sector 13 vasundhara(GZB) in Nov.08 Only after one month it gave display problem and after hectec parlays with the ASINTECH Communication athorised repair centre at sec-4 vaishali Ghaziabad, the problem was cleared after about one month and mobile set returned to me but again after 2 months camera and ringer started problim and i handed the same to the same service centre and it is still with the same repair centre befooling me daily by saying it has not come from the company after repairs.. Dear if your company beleives in customer care of the product please for gods sake save me by this unnecessary harrasment and provide the new replacement of the set. I shall feel that fly does exist otherwise i think it makes the people fly in fools paradise.
mine mobile had ic problem i gave with fly service center, i paid 1000rupees, but no use its not working i wasted money, 7please take action
sir, i have a fly b700 phone.

my problem is
1.my phone's one sim port is not working
2.charge is not retaining
3.no service center with quick availability of phoe accessories

I have bought a mobile(MC 120) last dec 26 2008. first 6 months was fine, after that my speaker was not worked, they said that motherboard problem.So, sent to Head office(Delhi). my mobile was there for 1 month in delhi only, after that they given to me, it was worked for 2 weeks, again same problem, So, i have submitted in the service center, again they said that motherboard problem.again, my mobile went to onsite(delhi). they were keeping my mobile for 3 weeks. So, i said that i cant get that mobile because, i need new one, since getting the same issue very often.one guy called me from customer care and said that, sir, please get from service center, i[censored] get issue, we will do something for you, now, we are extending your warrenty for 3 months, like that.after that, i have sent somany mail to customer care, still now, no mail from them. now, again, i got same issue in my mobile.i dont know what to do.because, i can talk with human beings, how can i talk with the person who not caring customers.i am requesting you to change the name. dont keep "fly care".My best advice which i am giving to my friends circle, is dont go for fly mobile.i have put a mail in my office for this, because, more than 90, 000 employees working in my office.

After one months I have camra problem in my mobile. i have submitted in the service center(swastik electronics sector 62 noida), one months has gone but my phone had repared I also meet fly Nehru Plase accel center. he sad to me fly company is not sanding spares parts so i cant do anything I told to mr sunil. Hi,

i purchased a fly b-400 mobile handset in april 2009. Now its microphone stopped to work. I contact to fly customer care at c-81-A, AZAD MARG, PRITHVIRAJ ROAD, NEAR CHOMU HOUSE, C-SCHEME, JAIPUR, and submitted there to get serviced. They replied that the mobile will be returned after 4-5 days. But now it has been one month and by now they have not fixed the problem. I have been to them for approx 10 times and every time they tell the part (microphone) is not available. I am fed up of all this and do not have another way except taking any legal action against them.

How can they be so irresponsible? Has the company stopped making that particular part or all the parts are only to show off?

i am sanjay from gurgaon, i have bought fly handset ds 210 from gurgaon in dec. -2009. this handset 2 time proublem. 1 time software falt & second time display & camera fault . its not clear camera & display. i went fly services centre in gurgaon(soni cell phone sector-14) 04 june 2010. but no action my complains. They replied that the mobile will be returned after 4-5 days. But now it has been 22 days and by now they have not fixed theproblem. my handset not ok . my job card no.559. last 22 days my handset not repair . i am not satisfy this servies centre, this centre very bad servies.

plz help me ...

I an Mihir mohan S . I purchased fly dul sim mobile DS 500 from big bazzar Vijayawada, andhrapradesh.INvoice date is 6-3-10. i have been having problems with the cell
from the second month of purchase.I gave it to the serveice center, jock sheet number 260.
they say that the panel board has to be changed and the set is sent to the main plant and it will take more than 25 days.I already lost lot of important data and business because of this .I want you to replace the set for me.you should remember that your reputation is also at stake.

i am Devi prasad from Guwahati, purchased a fly-st100 mobile, after 3 month mobile key board similarly problem than i also hand over to repair to fly service center but no any clarify to service status and nobody received the customer phone i have been having problem to non received the hand set for long period for six month.
please reply me. whats the problem???????

i am dhayalan from coimbatore tamilnadu. i purchased fly mobile(DS160) handset in june 2010 from hash mobile centre, 100 ft rd, coimbatore. first 6 months good working condition.after my fly mobile recently 1 month ear phone problem. i have it to the sky telecom service center[protected].service centre not complete serviced my fly mobile.next day complete not working ear phoe. fly customer care service very very worst service. one month my fly mobile for service centre.i need for new fly mobile.

I bought my fly dual sim mobile on 31 may 2010.now one sim slot is not working . So I gave my mobile to service centre at Thane ON 5th jan 2011.workorder no.isFIN111MIB10059. Now 49 days have passed,they are not able to repair my mobile.My another fly mobile have same problem,it is also at service centre.workorder no.FIN112MIB10506. CAN YOU HELP ME PLEASE.

FLY Mobile V 170 — Servicing

I have purchased FLY v170 model mobile phone, after 7 months it was get a problem , that is loudspeaker is not working properly,after that i handed over to that handset to kanchipuram authorized service centre, near by Sarathi Fone City No - 14B/2, Chekkupet, Nadu Street, Kanchipuram , they are rectified that loud speaker fault but they disconnected vibration motor, and they kept them itself..it is very very ashamed activity for the FLY mobile authorized service centre..Its very very very worst centre in kanchipuram , most of the customers not satisfied with their work..total waste service centre.
