I bought Fly Mobile Model No V110 six months back. The problem with the mobile is that when i am trying to listen FM it connects to calls and trying to load songs it shows that the battery is charging. I had taken up this matter to authorised service center but i havent got any positive help from the service centre. They kept the mobile with them for almost two months and keep me roaming here and there as the authorised service centre is at andheri kurla road. So please help me how to get my mobile servicable

    DEAR SIR/MADAM.
    i have fly mobile model no. is sSL500i, IMEI no.[protected] and purchase date is 15/07/2008.and purchase from BABU RAM TELECOM CITY ROAD BATALA .
    Atleast four month ago my mobile has display problem it made done by service center that is SPEED TELECOM BATALA PUNJAB . in two months . when it repaired my mobile has another repeated complaint that is when the mobile am use and make any call it is shut down from last six weak, and the main problem that is charging promlem held on mobile when i am charging the mobile then some times
    it is show battery is full . Now i am concern last repaired date at our nearest servce center whose tell me ur mobile is ok .
    i have also contact with Mr. jatinder singh mobile no. is[protected]
    If i want any complaint no. from service center he ignore me and not given any branch contact no . either
    address and service center attendent person is not given proper sevice to me or my mobile .
    I am very tied and mently harrastted . now my mobile is out of warranty from fifteen days. pls resolve my critical problem kindly due request . pls pls pls SIR/ MADAM help me and solve my problem becoz my area service center i.e SPEED TELECOM BATALA has very very very very poor sevice to customer .

      Dear Sir/Madam,

      I have purchased a mobile model E105 of FLY MOBILE from Mobile Store at Kalbadevi Mumbai branch. On 15/05/09 i have submitted this phone to their service center at ACCEL FRONTLINE at TARDEO Mumbai. I have logged the complains of TOUCH SCREEN, BATTERY, KEYPAD. But they only replaced my TOUCH SCREEN panel and return it back to me without testing it on 01/07/09 (After approx 2 Months). They told that they did not have any charging device for that and they can not test at that time. I have taken the set and when i checked it at my place i found only TOUCH SCREEN problem resolved rest problems were as it was noted there. Also the sound quality of the set was got down. Again i take this set to service center on 04/07/09. They have repaired the rest things on the very same day but they take 3 hours of my time. Again from 16/07/09, its screen colour was washed out and it shows me just a black screen. Now when i talked to FLY CARE center they did not respond me also i have send them a mail but they fail to reply it till date. I also talked to the HO of MERIDAN TELECOM LTD. which is the official distributor of FLY MOBILES in INDIA. They also not ready to help me and telling me that i have to submit the phone at service center and they will repair it and give it back to me. But again it will take at least a month time. Now my question is what is the sense of MY INVESTMENT of RS. 8500 in this particular set when it always required a repair and for that it takes at least 1 month time i.e. i have invested and i am not able to utilize it. Now i required a proper replacement from the company but they are not ready to do that.

      I hope you people will help me.

      Fly Mobile — Not satisfied with service provider

      I had purchased Fly mobile model: V70 on 21/Jan/2008 .

      In july i had charging problem and for the same when approached the dealer from whom I purchased it directed me to "Accel Frontline, Andheri (Mumbai-Maharashtra)" for servicing.
      I had submitted my handset to them on 21/July/2008 and since then everytime when I contact they say still they have not repaired it as they have not received the part required from Fly.
      Its more than a month now and stll have have no commitment to give when can they repair and give it back.

      Response of FLY Repair centers is very casual for repair of the defective mobile

      E105 — not repair my phone

      I rakesh mehra purchage u r company phone model no E105 on 25 dec 2008 (emi no [protected]) after 1month i face lots of problem in touch screen. i give acomplaint in cell net ur authorised service center on first week of march but they refuse to repair my phone and says part is not avilable in company.on 8 of march ance again i give my phone to u r center after 15 days the told me that screen is not avilable with company u take u r mobile and ther is no soulation for that problem.

      I want to ask u i[censored] dont provide repairing u r phone in warrenty why should not stop salling u r product to customer. i am totaly fad up and not recomanded u r company phone to any one.

      u r after sale service is 3rd class

      FLY Mobile (E105 Model No) — Touch Panel is not working

      This is to inform that Iam submitting the complaints against my Mobile Set with the Brand of FLY and its Model No E105...I have purchased this set in the month of January ,09 but after 3 months its touch panel was stopped working .To overcome this problem, i have visited in the Fly Service Centre .It has taken 45 days to remove this problem ..After 1 Month, again this problem was stuck with this set.Rght now , I am very frustated this set.       Good afternoon, yesterday we had telephone conversion. You will find more details about my complain. I purchased from Shreeji Times-Vadodara invoice No. 2429 on 10/11/2009. My aim to buy flymobile is dual SIM card. I travelled lots. So, sometimes I had lost my SIM. That reason I purchsed your Flymobile.
      Within 1month There was charging problem. When I returned to India. I went your services point, They kept 24hours withthem Nextday they told me that there is some internal problem to send main services point.

      i have baught mobile with dual sim(GSM+CDMA) of fly company and after one year battery is weak iwent to the service station of fly company situated at 80 ft. road , kanpur they told me that battery of fly B720 is not available come after 15 days I went to the service station about 10 times for 3 months but they do not provide me the battery and they talked me very rudelly after that i went to the another service station D K G mobiles at somdutt plaza , kanpur they are also not responding me proprly only saying to come after couple of days i have no other option to buy battery so pls provide me battery through fly mobiles iam very stressed from fly service to the customers. pls do something

        SUB- DAMAGE OF LCD SCREEN (MANUFACTURING DEFECT) IN FLY MOBILE HANDSET IMEI NO-[protected] PURCHASED ON 29th March’09.

        SIR,

        I KUMAR ROHIT PURCHASER OF YOUR FLY MOBILE SET (V801) AGAINST IMEI NO-[protected] STATED THAT, I PURCHASED FLY MOBILE TO GET QUALITY PRODUCT AND THE GOOD WILL OF YOUR COMPANY.
        BUT IT IS SORRY TO INFORM YOU THE ON 21ST JUNE 2009 WHILE THE SET WAS IN CHARGING MODE, WITH IN A MINUTE, A CRACKING SOUND OCCURRED AND IT WAS FOUND THE LCD SCREEN WAS BROKEN FROM INSIDE.
        ACCORDINGLY ON 22ND JUNE 2009 I WENT TO CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER (DETAILS IS GIVEN BELOW) TO GET THE SET RAPAIRED.

TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY SMS FROM CUSTOMER CARE OR YOUR SIDE, I AM TRYING NUMBER OF SERVICE CENTER IT IS SWITCH OFF & I PERSONALLY VISIT THE SERVICE CENTER THEY ARE NOT GIVING CONFIRM ANSWER ABOUT MY COMPLAINT.

          I bought Fly DS500 on 27th of April, 2009 from TheMobilestores CMH road, the handset has several issues...
          DETAILS OF ISSUES WITH FLY DS500:
          1. Signal problem (The call gets disconnected, (connection is AIRTEL))
          2. Radiation (after a call there's head ache)
          3. No battery backup (after a 10mins call the battery status is 3bars or 2bar)
          4. Keypad issue (the 0 shakes badly and produces a noise)
          5. Software hangs 2 -3 times a week.
          6. Heating-up (While charging the handset gets heated)..Etc………

          The Mobilestore sales person and Mr.Sunil asked me to take it to the service center, the service details

I went to the store and explain them the issues, the person Mr.Vijay said he will personally take the handset to service center. Couples of days later he returned handset and said "the service person conveyed that there are no issues in the Handset”. The service person have not even opened and checked.
          When i went back with the same issues Mr.Vijay referred Mr.Mahesh as the Fly supplier to TheMobilestore and gave me the contact no. but not good response, later i got Mr.Sunil's no with a note that he is the manager. The manager recreated with a very good response on the 1st day when i called, He asked me to hand over the handset to Pranav infocom at Jayanagar 4th block for service and Mr.Mahesh will follow-up with the service centre. But when ever i call Mr.Mahesh, says i was busy with some work i will get back tomorrow.

          It’s a week passed but I’m without handset.
          Why is your company product or not completely finished before it reaches the end-user...????
          Your company or product manual say it follows European std., is that really true or you follow that in only in Europe and in India you don’t

          Problem is with the battery. Does not last two long. Needs to be charged within18 hours even if you do not talk.

          Appears battery is spurious.

          Where can I get a brand new battery in Mumbai ?
          i bought fly ds 500, but from the time of purchased i face lots of problem during the use of this handset.the problems those i face always when i start my phone is as follows:
          (1) no network coverage for both of sims avilability depends on luck.
          (2) when any one dial my number they can hear ring tone but i can't.
          (3) this is never come possible to connect with my pc.
          (4) no activity find with memory card connectivity.

          I bought Fly DS500 on 14th of february, 2008 from the Mobilestores name Kanan's in HB Town Sodepur, the handset has several issues... I went to the store and ceservice ntre(Dunlop-kolkata) many times explain them the isssue.IMEI no-[protected]. from purchase i cant use my mobile properly, it is staying long time in service centre than me.

          1.Signal problem (The call gets disconnected)

          During my third job sheet they(SUKH SAGAR TELECOM SERVICES, DUNLOP-KOLKATA, Tag no-asp/sukh sagar/joramandir)told me that they will replace my handset if they will unable to repair within seven days.after seven day Icontact &they tell me my set is ready.But by going there i saw the problem remain same.Then(17/12/09) they give me the phone number of Pranath babu(fly chief engineer kolkata).he tell me he will check the set in dunlop service centre on 21/12/09 &after the date they will replace my set with new one.but till date i am not getting any set.service centre tell me on24/12/09 that pranath babu cant come there&i contineously try to contact with him but he does not respond.And service centre now tell me different in different time.I am a lecturer of college.I face many problem for my mobile.And the students laugh at me for why i bought fly handset.I cant understand why they harras me.till date they does not replace my set.please take nessary step so that i can get replaced good set because problem of this set comming agin &again within few days.thanking you.

          fly could be the worst mobile in the indiamn market.my problems with fly are too many apart from business loss and datd loss
          FLY DS500 is the most problem creating cell, Specially the touch screen problem and only one sim is working, and when i contact the near service centre they directly deny for the repair stating that it is beyond repair. So, no cures????????

          i bought fly B436 phone before five months. After a week there is physical damage in the screen. I gave for servicing to a near by showroom in vizag . after a month he told that screen is not available. later i gave it to Pranav Infocom in banglore . he kept the phone for 50 days, and he is still not confident of the availability of the screen in factory... this is worse, i just used the phone for just a week.

            Hi,
            I have fly DS-410 who charger is not working now. I have tried all service centres of fly, but the charger is not available and many of the service centres say that fly accessories are not available these days. In absence of the charger, I am unable to charge the mobile and thus am unable to use it. Please help me in getting a solution of this. Also please let me have their main service centre/ main office numbers to talk to them.

            worst ever mobile company i have ever seen.

            my charger is out in 3 months
            i have a phone but unable to use it.
            Even i have a same prob... I've changed the charger recently from fly service center in Bangalore...

            But now the charger is not working. Unable to use my mobile...

              worst mobile.

              Purchased on recommendation from an executive in mobile store. I had gone to purchase nokia but he praised Fly so much and insisted me to be assured of purchasing it without hesitation. I purchased this FLY mobile from mobile store kalyani nagar pune india.

              Still to be a month and there is a problem with the zero key of mobile fly d400. the phone has coverage problem. Just one word can describe Fly - Worst!!!

              The coverage on Fly mobile is never still... its always FLYING.. i want to kill that guy from mobile store who insisted me to purchase, i asked him about the quality and he said that it was the best! A$$[protected]@le!

                I was purchased BRAND NEW SL600 WITH BILL past 6 months back at nellikuppam

                Name of the mobile shop owner noor i am facing lot of problem in my mobile

                When i purchased mobile with in a month my charger was failed and I submitted my warranty claim immediately.

                But after 2 months only returned some used charger after my shouting and he clearely explained some internal policy problem in our concern and seller



                practically i am the sufferer



                AT PRESENT I AM FACING SOME PROBLEM



                1. Key 3 NOT PRESSING SMOOTHLY VERY BEGINING ITSELF THIS ALSO EXPLAINED WHEN I PURCHASE TIME.



                2. SOME TIMES MOBILE SWITCHED OFF AUTOMATICALLY AFTER TRYING LONG TIME THEN IT GETS ON



                3. USB CABLE- MOBILE SIDE EDGE WAS NOT PROPER SEATING THAT IS SOME DAMAGED INSIDE and also clearly explaine when i purchase



                4. USB CHARGER ARE NOT PROPER CHARGING THAT IS SOME TIMES WORKING



                5 SO TOTALLY DEPRESSED OF PURCHASING NEW FLY MOBILE AND MENTALLY UPSET BECAUSE I AM IN POSITION OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MY CUSTOMER IS AFFECTED DUE TO UNWORTHY MOBILE AND SERVICE CENTRE AE TOTALLY WASTE



                so kindly refund my money or replaced new my mobile

                  FLY (Model E300) Complaints
                  Complaint on Fly Mobile Services
                  I have given my cell phone to fly service centre Tardeo MUMBAI CENTRAL, for repairing on 21/Nov/08 parts to be repaired are LCD and USB. They hads given us the time 4 weeks but now it has been more than 5 weeks, Still N/A FLY E300 accessories (Panel, inernal Parts, Key pad Etc., ).
                  Cell Bought On 30/12/2007.
                  Amount : Rs 10.000
                  When we call the service center they said that parts are not available and told us to contact after 2 days and when we contact them after 2 days again the same reply from them. Then we contacted Mr Ashutosh [protected] Head of Fly Service Centre, Delhi. He said it will be repaired with in 2 days and told us to contact them after 2 days when we again called him he said that ask me next day and he said he will call us but didn't got any response from him.

                  So Kindly step into the matter and provide us the resolution from this Problem

                  I purchased Fly mobile E300 from Subhiksha mobile store in sep 2007.
                  On that time, Subhiksha mobile store announced 2yr warrenty on purchase of moblile.
                  But now Subhiksha mobile stores has closed in delhi .

                  What about the 2yr warrenty? Who takes theresponsiblity ?

                    we brought a fly mobile phone from woolworths, and it was faulty and unfortionatly the shop has recentley shut down. I would like something done about this problem, and would be very grateful if you could fix or replace the phone as it has had no use as you will see.                       I bought fly mobile(B700 duo) on[protected]..which is dual sim..and after 20 days one sim was doesn't work..Then first i goto chembur service center ..He said me that i[censored] want ur mobile early then goto andheri.. I submited my mobille at andheri on[protected]...and the person said me that come after 20 days...then i call him after 20 days and he said me that your mobile come after 5 days...everyday.. but now today onwards on 25-3-09 ...he don't give my mobile...and not pickup the call...

                      Fly Mobile B700 Duo — WORST HANDSET I HAVE PROCURED

                      Dear All

                      I do not know how helpful this consumer forum is! But through this forum i need to convey my anguish.
                      Just 6 months back, i had bought B700 dual sim set (FLY brand)
                      Already one sim has stopped working. I visited a service station of FLY in RANI BAGH, Delhi.
                      The repair center owner was highly arrogant and rude.
                      He asked me a minimum time of 2 months to get the phone repaired.
                      I find my money going in drains now.

                      Now, if this is the way the companies have to function (i mean all companies who provide service)
                      then GOD help consumers.

                      Fly Mobile — the worst mobile

                      i purchased a fly in september from big bazaar. it worked quite good till 4 -5 months n after it started giving me a headache. half the time d keys dnt work. it swittches off anytime n the battery output is less than wat is told. its the worst fone i hve come across n nw it doesnt even switch on nor responds wen attachd to a charger. the company should be closed i say! bekar fone

                        Subject: Regarding unsatisfactory performance of Fly mobile Make B720 Duo.
                        Sir,

                        I purchased a Fly make B 720 Duo mobile phone on[protected] from M/s. Electro Pacific, SCO 1024, Sec 22 B, Chandigarh, India. At the time of purchase, I was informed by the dealer that the phone gives a battery backup of 220 hrs and talk time of 3 hrs. Your company’s website as well as booklet provided with the phone confirms these technical specifications. However, on using this phone, I am disappointed to inform you that battery backup is much less than that promised i.e. about 24 hrs and the talk time is merely 30-45 minutes. In fact the low battery backup makes me wonder how will this phone support all the multimedia functions that are listed in technical specifications? The dealer advised me to seek clarification at the service center.
                        I visited the authorized service center to lodge a complaint. The service center told me this was a software problem which they will sort out (copy attached). I left my phone with them as required. I received my phone after 3 days but unfortunately, even after this service, the problem persists.
                        Later, in this regard I talked to then company representative, Mr. Kavesh, who assures me to get the phone repaired or replaced from second service center. I visited the said service center and deposited the phone for replacement on 9/2/09 (copy attached). They ask me to collect phone after 7-10 days but I received an old phone in replacement on 17/3/09. In total 3 months period of purchase, my phone was with service center for about 2 months and above all that my phone is still in that condition only i.e. low or you can say no battery backup.
                        This is to request you to kindly look into the matter urgently. In case it is not possible to rectify the flaws in this phone, please make arrangements to refund my money at the earliest.

                          I hav bought a new fly mobile(B700 duo) on[protected] .This mobile contains two sim but after 1 month the one slot of sim i.e. slave sim was not work .Then first I goto Chembur service center(mumbai).He sent me to andheri and said me that I will also send mobile to andheri. And i[censored] give me the u got late.So I goto andheri on[protected] .I submited my mobile and he told me that u will get ur mobile after 20 days. I call after 20 days and he said me that u get ur mobile after 5 days.The I call after 5 days then noone pickup the call ...When someone pickup the call he just transfer the call but no one pickup the call.Then I have tried on Arun's mobile.Then he said me that we r sent ur mobile to delhi... the said me that u get after 2 days... Then said u get on friday ...now nxt friday comes but they not give my mobile..He always says that I can't do anything...and now we r not giving service of fly...


                          But today onwards 21-3-09 i.e after 2 months they not give mobile...and not pickup the call...


                          Now I am requsted to give my mobile within 2 days...or otherwise new mobile or return back me paid money...

                            Five months ago I purchased a FLY V100 mobile. About 2 months ago, it started giving my Display problem. I gave it to the Repair Center "Vaishnavi Services" on 31-Jan-2009 for repair.
                            Response of this authorized Service Center was so poor... I had to visit them 6 times to check the status. After One-and-half month I received my mobile with few accessoreis damaged. There was mere casual treatment given by the service center...
                            Why do Service Centers not understand that Customer is the one who makes or breaks business!

                              I bought a new FLY mobile DS 500 model 15 days back for Rs.9000.00 i lost the USB/Charger cable, when i contacted the dealer Univercell, Chennai they replied that they dont have spares, they diverted me to their service center M/s Accel Frontline, Greams Road, Chennai. they replied very coolly that they dont have spares but they do only service, then i check with www.flymobiles.in it shows some 4 dealer in chennai address without phone number, then i visited those places across chennai city all of them speak that they were not related to fly mobile and they stopped dealing with fly mobile. When i spoke again with the Univercell Palavakkam branch, one gentleman Mr.Abdullah, CCO said the lost was becoz of my irresponsible and no spare cable is available. This is wat the story going on, even though i am ready to pay the charges the spare was not available in the market, since it was a new/unreputed brand the local / duplicate make was not also available. The value of Rs.9000.00 no body ready to realize even the manufacturer as well as the dealer, now i still searching of new cable by spending more and more on it. Kindly consider my case to get my hard earned money or the spare at the earliest. Is there any possiblity to get back me solotion. Please

                              I am also facing the same problem. U.S.B. cord is not available in the market. Moreover, the battary of DS-500 lasts for a very short period. I have to re-charge the phone after every 6 hrs in spite of the fact that my phone remains idle for most of the time. I have decided not to recommend to my friends to go for DS-500.

                              I bought Fly DS500 on 14th of february, 2008 from the Mobilestores name Kanan's in HB Town Sodepur, the handset has several issues... I went to the store and ceservice ntre(Dunlop-kolkata) many times explain them the isssue.IMEI no-[protected]. from purchase i cant use my mobile properly, it is staying long time in service centre than me.

                              1.Signal problem (The call gets disconnected)

                              My fly SL600 had its display cracked. Accel frontline quotes a price of Rs.1500/= for spare display plus service charges. This Rs. 1500/= is exorbitant when you consider other phones like Nokia, cost just Rs.400-500 max. I bought it thinking it had all features and a reasonable price 2 years ago but already I have spent Rs.800/= repairing it, Now again I dont want to spend another Rs.1500/= plus for replacing display. Instead is it better to throw this fly phone and go in for a new mobile from Nokia etc. Any one can suggest a way to get the fly spares online at cheaper rates than Accel Frontline Monopolist.

                              Fly Mobile DS 500 — Not Responding

                              I am Anjum Ahmed, PA to Director, ILI, Society of Supreme Court of India, New Delhi bought a Fly Set DS500 from Hotspot, 19, Netaji Subhash Marg, Darya Ganj, New Delhi-02 vide receipt no. 5941 Book no. 119 on 17.09.2009. On 05.03.2010, I kept this set in my pocket during evening prayer, as usual but when I kept out from my pocket I was shocked to see that the screen of my set was broken although the set was not fell down. Then I contacted the various service centre of Fly in Delhi but everyone is saying that they have no service centre. Then I am calling at[protected] today i.e. on 06.03.2010 but this number is too busy and I am failed to contact them even after one hour. Now I am requesting to all the customer / consumer / reader to please stop yourself to buy this set as this company failed to satisfy the customer and please go through the services of the other companies too before buying any set.

                              I am totally disappointed and dissatisfied with this

My mobile model is Nokia 5233 but i didnt check it. after 15 days i would like to hear a song via Headset at that time Headset not working. i go to Univercell branch in next day. but that staff told me "This is not N 5233 Headset" i told him i bought mobile you give me this headset. but he does not take response. am totally upset. after hear the song via Headset then he jump the words. He cheating me already he change the Headset in mobile box.

                              I have purchased Fly DS 500 mobile in Big bazaar, pune, Kalyani Nagar, @ of Rs 8500/-. they are giving manual bill. but after some days the mobile give lot of problems like hanging, touch screen problem with in three months. that Fly servcing centre persons told this mobile warranty is expired because that big bazar sold out of waranty mobiles. Fly servicing centre persons are not giving proper reply. still 4months my mobile is in Fly servicing centre. So i am suggesting to all peoples do not buy any fly mobile.

                              We also faced the same like Battery problem when warranty period. Service center(Nungambakkam, Chennai) persons simply replaced the another battery and shown phone is working normal, So phone is not a problem, only battery problem.Requested them for replacing party with pay.I am not getting battery more than 2.5month.Warranty period gone.They replied that you purchase the battery from out side market.Still I am searching Tamilnadu& Andrapradesh.Not getting.I heard about Fly company is good.But why this kind of problem is coming.So many customers like me are suffering.Who is giving the solution for the problem(Fly DS500).

                                suddenly there was some problem with the speaker i gave the phone to the service center which is in pune, he told me it would be done in 15 days its more than 2 months they r not returning my cell phone .they r telling me that ur cellphone is in delhi,
                                and the Executive told me "WHEN I GET TIME I WILL GO OR I DO NOT GO YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE SAME"

                                what can i do ? as above case.

                                My self Madankumar, I purchased Fly Mobile (FLY SL 400) in Mysore. when i was open the handset it will be strucking, i asked in customer care, that guy told in your mobile strip is not working.                                 I bought a cellphone(Model No. Fly V100) of company 'FLY' on date 6 August 2008 for my son who is studying at Bangalore from `The Mobile Store Ltd., 107, Santoshpur, KOLKATA ([protected]) for Essar Telecom Retail Ltd., Kolkata vide Invoice no.                                 I Purchaged FLY 2040L mobile set from The Mobile store in connaught place, New Delhi on 26th Feb at a cost of Rs.4349.

                                from a very first day itself the phone started giving problem. I got it checked from Mobile store and they refused to help out in any way & just said that fly only would do the needful. the shop is no more responsible for the product once it sold out.

                                I sent 5 time the set with my boy to the service centre Nehru but they have refused to replaced the phone and till day my set position is same & i am not using since 03 month back.

                                I really cheated by FLY with regard to the product bought. These foreign companies get into India and cheat the citizen by selling these kind of product.

                                I am salaried person & can not keep affording to by other cell phone. And also the mobile store is cheating consumers by prompoting such gadgets which are not performing well in the market. They are also not helpful incase of any complaints.

                                Hope this report will help in either replacing my cell phone of giving me full refund.

                                I purchased Fly E 105 fully touch screen mobile 2monhts ago. now the camera and video is not working. service centre are unable to repair the same. they took to the Fly co. and said that the software to rectify the problem is not available and will would be availabe in a day or two. its now two weeks and i am still awaiting response.
                                my next step would be to go to consumer forum file a complaint and get my money back. It seems the Co. has not learnt a lesson yet and also it seems they have not taken the responses seriously.

                                Myself Amit Kumar Living in Delhi. I Purchased a Fly Mobile Model no. SL600 and its IMEI no:[protected] from Subhiksha Mobile Store no date of 08/03/08. But mobile is not working properly from month of August. At first I took that set to Tele Talk Communication in Bhajanpur they declared that set is dead and changed the IMEI no. [protected] and send me to service centre Accel Frontline Limited in Nehru Place.

                                Now your service executive telling me that its motherboard need to be change and ask me to pay Rs.1700/- (One Thousand Seven Hundred) or 70% of my hand set price.
                                So could you tell me I should pay money when my hand set on warranty period its an technical fault of handset not any kind of physical damaged.                                 Hi friends, I am one of the victims of these unworthy FLY Mobiles. I purchased MP600 Model mobile and it is showing the Hell to me from the day 1. Even now, it is went for the repair and its been 20 days...still waitinggg

                                Problems are:
                                1. Gets disconnected while talking.
                                2. Throw it in the dust bin, if once fell down unfortunately.
                                3. Worst keypad, as you type messages more you have to pay more to the doctor(than the mobile you purchased).
                                4. Makes you fool with its MPlayer as it is a product of Apple.
                                5. No proper customer care service.
                                6. Worst backup, not more than one day if you use it for talking. Not more than half day if you listen songs in it.

                                I strictly suggest you, Never ever buy.

                                I M havin Fly Sx100. Initially the mic stopped working. I gave my Handset to ccare in Patiala Punjab. Got it back after a month and a half. Bt the Problem was not solved... Too little sound was comin and was hardly audible by the other party. I gave the handset back to the customer care... again after a month when I went their the technician there said I just recieved your set. He took My Handset out of the same drawer in which he kept a month back. I was surprised to get the same Problem Again. I really Thanked that person and told him that I am fully satisfied with the service. What an Ordeal...!!! Still using that set... have to speek a loud... but thats the onlu option i have...

                                I purchase your mobile( Model No-SL500i, IEME NO[protected] from “Vishal Retail Ltd”, VIP Road Kol-59 dated 20/09/08 with enthu because of it’s small shape & light weight. But it get fault of charging on 15/12/08. It shows charging when connected to charger, but actually battery not taking charge. Then I given to your Authorized Service Centre BABLI MEDIA CENTER SHYAM BAZAR KOLKATA( CONTACT NO[protected], M-[protected]). They given me 1 week time for repair. After 1 week they told me their have some problem in I.C. after few days they told me they are given requirement for I.C. to their Head Office but they are(head office) delaying. Last, when I ask on 05/01/09 they told me we send your mobile to our Head Office.



                                I don’t know what is actually going on, I am very much suffering for your this type of service. I am a service man & my nature of job is movable, frequently I have to go out side & I can’t contact with my family. So I am requesting you to change my mobile or return my money, because It cont be possible to stay long time without mobile.

                                I am forwarding a complaint regarding poor service & Harassment received form Fly Service centre.

                                I bought a Fly Mobile dated 24/08/2008 ag.Invoice no. 005855 from Garewal Watch Co.Ambala Cantt.

                                After One week i found Echo problem in my set.I Logged my complaint No.1619 to Fly service centre (Harjeo Corporation)296-BX, Model Town Extn. Ludhiana Jan.2009.

                                I was given assurance that the problem will be resolved with in a week but as on date it has not been resolved. So many times i asked for my set but everytime i got unfavorable response.

                                At last i am writing this complaint to you, You are requested to give my mobile set back to me in good condition with in a week or i will go to consumer court. The choice is your's.

                                I am totally fedup with your service and in future i will never recommend anybody to buy Fly Mobile...

                                Please do the needful at your end.

                                My problem was the Data cord(Charger) was not working properly, so I lodged
                                a complained to the Service Centre in Guwahati and they order the new
                                Charger and after 1 month I received the Charger at the cost of Rs.200, and
                                now I am free from the problems. I had been having about 8/9 Mobiles of
                                all sorts of brand names, but found this is one of the best.

                                Fly Mobile — worst mobile purchased on recommendation from mobile store

                                Fly mobile is the worst amongst mobile phones i have ever bought. i went to mobile store to actually see nokia but the the executive from mobile store recommended so much for Fly mobile. Its not even a month and the mobile is malfunctioning. The 0 button doesn't work. The phone can not get the signal strength even when the same sim card works very well in other mobiles!

                                Fly, B-700 — Auto charging

                                I purchased a Fly B-700 Dual sim mobile on 26-01-08, after a few months an auto charging problem occurred which gave irritating noise. It was sent to the service centre, I was told that software has been upgraded and now it will not give any problem. But after some time the same problem same problem occurred and it was repaired again. in both the cases the mobile was kept by the service centre for nearly 25-30 days. Now the same problem has started for the third time and they now say the warrenty has expired and the problem is due to mother board and it would cost the same price as the new set. I feel cheated, please suggest.

On approaching ur service center the Boss does not even bother to talk to customers
                                2 He does not even interact with anyone. It is left to the Engineer & the coutomer. He is not even bothered to Satisfy the cutomer.
                                3 The set has the same problem of Intermitant connection while Talking.

                                This is to inform you that the above mentioned mobile was purchased from M/s. One Mobile store owned by Future Axiom telecom Ltd., part of Pantaloon Retail Ltd., from R mall, Mulund West, Mumbai 400081 via cash memo No: T28/3535 on 21/12/2008. On 11/2/2009 at about 8.30 p.m I had kept the mobile phone for charging. After few minutes, I heard a message alert. When I checked the phone, the display glass was burst and developed crack. My son and Myself had approached the One Mobile store at R Mall on two different dates i.e. on 13th and 19th. The Customer service Executive Mr.Ritesh Kotak at Pantaloon and Mr. Manoj from Fly care tried their best to convince their senior to replace the mobile but without success. Subsequently, they guided me to approach their service centre M/s. Bell N’ Tell Tele Services. Bell N Tell refused to service the Mobile free of charge and asked to me pay for the display. Due to none of my fault, the display of the mobile got burst and asking me pay to rectify the same. The mobile is not even 2 months old. This is un fair from the Manufacturer to ask the customer to pay for replacing the display part.

                                Hi

                                I own a FLY E-300 model mobile , purchased 8 months before. There are numerous problem i`m facing now with the Handset(neither i can hear properly nor i can see the screen. The display has been totally corrupted.).
                                I already logged a complain and gave my mobile for service in one of the Service center i.e in Pranav Infocom(Bangalore).
                                I have been running back to the shop and trying to call them regularly but all in vein. Its now more then 1 month since they have reverted back or have solved my problem. Its quite irritating as i`m not even able to use my mobile properly.
                                Based on the above mail the Customer care asked me to submit my mobile, as they guarantee that they will solve my problem in priority and at the earliest. And now its 2 weeks since i have deposited my mobile and they have not even cared to call me and update me regarding the problem.. I even don`t know whether i will get my mobile back in working condition or not.
                                Please help if possible.

                                  To be direct on point its being 4 month now that my handset is under repair in service center latest ticket number is :hyd-fl-013972/2008, and after repair every time problem is not fixed one time service center has changed the crystal clear handset body to rough used one, now i am in touch with pooja gupta don't know about her supervisor, as i am asking for replacement of handset she agreed for replacement of it with same model of worth of my purchase and said will get back to me in 20 minutes 15 days back till now no reply senior authority has responded in manner and i was intimating them that on 10 jan 2009 warrenty will be expired now my handset is in service center and pooja gupta want me to collect the handset, as warranty period is expired if i face problem again in handset then i cant give it back to service center, nither one is ready to do replacement or fix the phone problem is there any senior authority who can take the ownership of case and revert me, is all are buys in holiday or other work, i will appeal media and take consumer court help.

                                    I have a fly mobile (MX 230) which has got defective while it was under special guaranty, the panel has got cracked, I contacted the service center no provided on the fly catalog, on contacting I came to know that either the number does not exist or was "switched off". I even contacted the addresses provided on the web sites, but all in vein. The service of the Accel Frontline And Fly mobile in India is very pathetic.

                                      I bought a cellphone (Model No. SX-210) of company 'FLY' on date 24th August 2008 from Mobile Store (e-Mall), Chandni Chowk, Kolkata. On date 29th Nov 2008 I found that my cell is not working properly, data cable port problem and memory card disconnection problem.
                                      Then I went to Authroized Service center at New Alipore Kolkata (Date 06th Dec 2008). Receptoniest told me that it takes around 3 weeks which was unacceptable for me. But she told me to contact their main service centre AURA TELCOM SERVICES PVT. LTD. 15B, 1 R. N. Mukherjee Road, Mazzanine Floor (Martin Burn Building, Kolkata - 700001, Phone :[protected]. (near by Lalbazar Kolkata). They will do it fast.
                                      In next week (13th Dec 2008, Sat) I am gone this service centre.They people Checked my cell physically and discover three problems
                                      1) Datacable faulty,
                                      2) Memory connector problem and
                                      3) System connector broken.
                                      They kept my mobile for till date (03rd Jan 2009) and from last two weeks I am constantly calling them for my mobile. But they do not deliver my mobile with all rectification.
                                      When I threat them about consumer forum, one of the service centre supervisor Mr Minmoy Islam told me to contact MR Debnath (Mob : [protected]) regarding this. Mr Debnath is a Service Executive of FLY (Employee of FLY).
                                      I had called him so many times, but he is not responding any way.
                                      So I found that, these low graded company just making the Indians fool with their low graded products and no one can do nothing.

                                      I kadambari bawa, residing in nasik, purchased fly mobile sx210, 4months ago from authorised dealer, digilog in nasikroad.Even after seeing so many good mobiles of nokia, sony erricson, i chose fly mobile for its unique features...but now im regreting for the same.
                                      1 month after purchasing it i noticed a crack in its screen even when i did not mishandle it.the service centre employees said that it will cost 2500Rs for changing its screen.but why should i pay so much money for the damage i have not done.
                                      Now i have replaced the screen with a non touch pad screen but still itis showing same problems like memory card disconnection.
                                      please give me some solution to this problem ...you guys cant just make fool of customers like this...
                                      i am waiting for ur reply or say solution, if not within 10 days u will see a complaint registered under consumer protection act.

                                      I brought a SX210 Fly moblie set some time back. There were various problems with the set which were reported. The service center people were so rude that once I had to take back the set and go another center. However, though they were decent, they rectified the defect but the same happened again in no time. This time they declined saying that it could be done only once. Also, the LCD broke of its own and they agreed that the screen of this model is thin and often breaks but they did not replace the same under warranty even though the same happened of its own because of manufacturing defect and no fault of mine or mishandling. I cannot use the phone now and the money has gone to waste. I will never ever buy another FLY.
                                      i am indrani biswas. i bought fly SX210 from Subhikhsha in Sinthi more. The display was broken when i dropped it from my hands. it was given to Subhiksha but they asked me to go to Aura Telecom Services near Lalbazar. I had given them the mobile on 13/4/09. they kept on pending the date of delivery giving the excuse of the display not being available. they didnt even recieve my calls after that. when my father went there with a police officer on 24/8/09 they asked them to wait for some time and it will be done. they did give back a mobile but after bringing it home i found that it was not mine for it had pre-saved nos, photos, messages. the IMI no is also not the same. it is surely not my mobile. now again i have no way to inform them as they dont recieve phone calls. i do not want to get involved in useless troubles so i am informing my problem in public. Plz help.
                                      i am so dissatisfied with this junkie FLY mobile is that i consider it a waste of humanity to write about it. nevertheless, to add: my mobile is dead in one year: chain of problems like charger, key pad and god know what not. on top of all these, the customer service centers should be sued and exterminated in any civilized country. it is only in india that they can behave so rudely and with utter incompetence. they just do not take the call and if you ask them anything, the put down the reciever. what kind of customer service is that?
                                      Fly Mobile is a very very third grade mobile phone. please do't buy FLY Mobile phone.
                                      buying a FLY mobile is a BLUNDER...tats all folks
