[Resolved]  Fly Mobile — 2 months in customer care

I have bought a fly cell phone before 3 months. Suddenly there was some problem with the speaker i gave the phone to the guy in the service center which is in thane he told me it would be don in 7 to 10 days its more than 2 months they r not returning my cell phone. They r telling me that ur cellphone is in delhi.
Fly customer care sucks
U i[censored] dont know how to run a cellphone business done trouble other people ok

I bought a fly sx200 mobile and after one month I was facing many problems in charging video recording and dialed calls entry. I have given my mobile to fly service center on 12.11.08 and still no action have been taken and my number is also off because I am having only one handset.

So please take action as soon as possible.

I have bought a FLY cell phone before 8 months . suddenly there was some problem with the sim not accept i gave the phone to the guy in the service center which is in thane he told me it would be don in 10 to 15 days its more than 3 months they r not returning my cell phone .they r telling me that ur cellphone is in delhi.
I brought my Fly mobile (E105) and within 1 week i got display problem.I gave my mobile for service ( which is located in cunningham road, Bangalore) and now its nearly one month over, still they did repair my mobile.If i ask the reason for delay, they say that "we have requested New LCD display but still it has not come for FLY company".Now i don't know wat to do with this people.Plz help me, if any body know how to deal with this people.

Fly B-720 — pathetic handset and bad services by service center

i baught fly b-720 from best communication shop no- 64 community center new friends clolony bill no - 12216 on 25th oct 08. i charged the handset and found that their is some charging problem so i went to accel frontline ltd on 4th nov 08 call no- del-fl-006308/2008, nehru place service center and they kept my phone and returned to me on 10th nov 08, but again the problem was still their, i again went their and told them its not working properly and battry back up is nill, i was surprised to hear thier reponse when they said that charging board of my phone is broken and i have to pay 7000 rs to repair the same.
then the shopkeeper from where i baught the phone told me to visit aura telecom 41-a b- block kalkaji.. another service center. on 15th nov 08 they checked my phone and charged me 2000 rs to repair the same.
my phone is still not working and i baught a new battry also but phone is getting charged i don know why and where to raise a complaint for the same as response from service center is pathetic and i helpless now.
i had submit my charger agianst the jobsheet no-[protected] on dated[protected] in service center but still i din't get responce after 4 or more visit at service centre in Mtr office, this kind of service is not satisfactory lavel & some one at the front desk person replied that fly ka phone lene se pahle socha kyun nahi tha this kind of responce from any company is rubish. This is my bad exprience in my whole life.

To be direct on point its being 4 month now that my handset is under repair in service center latest ticket number is :hyd-fl-013972/2008, and after repair every time problem is not fixed one time service center has changed the crystal clear handset body to rough used one, now i am in touch with pooja gupta don't know about her supervisor, as i am asking for replacement of handset she agreed for replacement of it with same model of worth of my purchase and said will get back to me in 20 minutes 15 days back till now no reply senior authority has responded in manner and i was intimating them that on 10 jan 2009 warrenty will be expired now my handset is in service center and pooja gupta want me to collect the handset, as warranty period is expired if i face problem again in handset then i cant give it back to service center, nither one is ready to do replacement or fix the phone problem is there any senior authority who can take the ownership of case and revert me, is all are buys in holiday or other work, i will appeal media and take consumer court help.

the service provides no quality service to customers.. I have never seen such a irresponsible customer service yet... Its my suggestion to every one not to buy any fly set even if its last option avialable...
The service centre is not returning my phone even after 2 months
my sx200 they say that my cell is in delhi

Fly, Cell Phone — Didn't give back my cell.

Respected Sir/Ma'am,

I submit my phone on Fly Service Center on 2.05.09 and today is 11.06.09 I didn't get my cell back and repaired. Service Center told me that I'll get that back in 7-10 day but now it has been 40 days. I wrote many mails in Fly company at [protected]@meridiantelecom.in and at pooja.[protected]@meridiantelecom.in, but there is no response from them. It was my official phone and now I am facing so much problems of not having my official phone with me.

I request you to take any action or just right them a mail regarding this so that they can understand their duties.

I have a fly phone (model no.-V100) .Problem in my handset is that handsfree is not connected with the phone. I have submitted my phone on 12th july at your Dwarka care center. Till Now i haven't recevied my handset. Plz do some thing.
I purchased a FLY B720 mobile handset from MobileStore, KD Road, Mysore. Within two months of purchase memory card stopped working, Bluetooth stopped working, Messaging stopped working. I gave my mobile to service center in Mysore. C.S. Enterprises. They said we have to ship it to delhi for repairing it and will be done in 20 to 25 days.

Evenafter after 1 month I have not received my handset. These people keep on telling me that your handset is in Delhi and we will call you once we receive it. They don't know when will they receive it.

Looks like Fly mobile handset is a cheap china/delhi model and customer care is pathetic. Looks like I have to wash my hands for 10K Rs.

Fly Mobile — Bad QC

Fly model DS 100 dual sim phone without cam, phone looked good when I purchased it was working well, but after I came home and tried the FM radio it was not working ...it was then that the agony started. First all the sales men in the shop shoved the head set in the jack then pressed all the buttons then went outside the building. Then they sent me to service station there they opened the phone and then the same exercise... Now daily I have to call their service workshop and they tell it will take minimum 15 days for board replacement. This after 10 days to find out that they can do nothing here.

They are telling I will get new piece or new board to keep me quiet, . the servive head is not lifting my phone calls - Vinayaka Electronics. Hyderabad.

Compare this to situations abroad we dirty Indians buy items like cameras and use them and return them saying that we are not satisfied to get full money back and here we pay full and get defective and wait without the item for two months...WE DESERVE IT I GUESS... WELCOME COMPANIES MILK US DRY.
DONT BUT A PRODUCT WITHOUT FIRST TESTING IT FULLY
