Fly Sx210 — FLY SX 210

I bought FLY SX210 on 19.06.08. Touch screen and internet problem exist for this mobile since i bought. I then showed it to repair centre on 01.07.2008. Repair centre is at Koperkairne in Navi Mumbai. But this mobile neither got repaired nor given me back till date (01.08.2008). I have bought this mobile from Reliance Digital at Vashi (Navi Mumbai).

Please look into this matter or give me some solution regarding this.

Why this mobile companies are doing this much late in getting repaired.
I have been calling to the repairing centre on daily basis, many times my call was unattended, somed times call reply was "it will be done in next 5 days". This type of promises made 6 times sofar and still postponing their promises but i dint get my mobile back sofar.
