Fly SX 210 mobile — bad product,service and attitude
Dear Sir/Madam,I bought a Fly SX 210 mobile from Banashankari branch Big Bazaar on 24th may 2008. And within one month i am facing battery problem and they are taking more than one week just to replace the battery that too within the warranty period. I wonder how they will provide service after one year warranty period. So i recommend everyone not to buy Fly mobiles
I purchased a samsung e-251 on 31/10/08 from thmbile store branch in cannaught place at shop no.K-8, Ground floor. The employee at the shop promised me to give me my pending silver coin on the next day. Next day i went to his shop and asked him about the silver coin but the person said that whenever we recieve the stock of silver coins we will contact you. since that day there is no call from him.

Fly SX 210 mobile — touch screen is not working
my mobile touch screen & control panel is not working, i called service centre, they told me screen is notavailable here. i want get same one as soon as possible. or give any replacement for this mobile.
Mobile Store — Not giving won prize
Dear Sir,I have purchased a Sony Ericsson W595 mobile from The Mobile Store shop in Kanpur on 20th april 2009 and won a 2GB MP3 player as summer surprise gift. The shop promised to give the gift after 2months from the date of purchase. But the shop didnt fulfil its commitment.
my fly sx210 display quite broken.i went to ashivini secvice centre in meerut.but they tell me very high cost of display about 2500.Rs.
The Mobile Store — Not giving the announced prize.
I bought a Sony Ericsson's k810i form The Mobilestore at Janak Puri(District Center)on 24th September.
In October I received a call from the company
stating that my scratch card EMEI no. has been
selected in the lucky draw contest and asked me the bill
details for verification.
Next month I was informed that I have won a bluetooth
handsfree and a company representative would visit me
soon at my residence to deliver my prize, but
till date I have received nothing. I called up the customer care
many times but to no use.
