[Resolved]  Food Corporation Of India — Ration card not active in distributor list

Dear Sir,
This is inform to you My name is krishan kumar sharma R/o S-1/36 Budh Vihar,Delhi-110086 My Ration Card No. APL 2118O251 Date of issue 28.06.2005. My Ration Card is not activate in the list of Supply of food M/s SaraswatiStore D-1/40 Budh vihar, Plase-I Delhi110086.I give the complaint 2and 3 time and not received any reply.Govt.of National Capital Territory of Delhi Deptt. of Food supplies and Consumer AffirasCircle No. 21,A-1, Harsh Dev e park, Budh Vihar ,Phase -II,Delhi 110086. Two time register in Deptt. of Food supplies office,Budh v ihar, Delhi-110086 ,Cirlcel No. 21.1. Dairy No.3390 Sl. No.438 and second time Register Dairy No. 65 and dated 08.09.2010,every time said to me your ration card not activiate in the list of Supply of food.
Please activiate in my Ration Card in supply of food M/sSaraswati Store,Budh vihar,Delhi-110086
