A candidate working in FCI (Central govt oraganisation) with 12 Lakhs/Annum package. He is using Ration card for government groceries and Arogyasree for free hospitalization which Telangana government helping for BPL familes.

Please take the action against the person freely utilizing schemes eventhough they have 12Lakhs above per Annum candidates. Please cancel those Ration cards and arogyasree cards.

we hv been using since very long period refined sunflower oil of all grades .
it has been proved they all made from extract of petroleum pure product with lots of chemicals .
you know well they are harmful, even your kids might be in danger in future.

pls stop authority to those product .let us use only healthy vegetables oil .

For long time it has observed that there are few business owner are regularly used domestic gas cylinder in their business instead o[censored]sing Commercial gas cylinder.

This complaint is regarding Aggrawal sweets In kalkaji which is near deshbandhu college, I purchased doodha barfi from them on 6th September 2021 in morning and while eating it, I get cracked small piece of glass in it .

We purchased poli and rasamalaai in BHAGATHRAM SWEETS near Ulsoor lake in Bengaluru and it was spoiled sweets that they are sold to us, we called to that shop they are telling no it is good only like that, kindly take action in that shop ..

Just to bring to your notice that the food delivered by Zomato from Grill9 Resturant Karkhana, Secunderabad. On 24th August 2021 around 1.30 pm was in hygienic and not fresh. When raised complaint at Zomato they told we have informed the resturant and no further action was taken. Request to kindly have to check at the above mentioned resturant as during pandemic time we need to be more careful. Thank you

Most humbly and respectfully i want to say that govt. Vision for backward section are not going well. Sir, rashan shopkeeper are charging more than the printed price and they are pressing the person if you against them.
They have no fear about law, there is one answer from there side "jaha jana h jaooo ...hum nhi dngy".
Sir how a poor family deal with that type of situation. They are paying higher amount of money. Printed rate is rs13 per person and they are demanding Rs16 per person.
I have enough evidence against him. Audio record, photos.
Kindly take a hard action against this type of vulture. They are against humanity, social evils.

Sweets quality is very bad condition, today sweets test are same. My husband had purchased this soanpapdi from Haldiram Nagpur whose manufacturing date is Oct'2019 and it's expiry date is Feb 2020 under batch no 19T/81 (A9) have food worm in it.
What is the food safety measures taken into consideration and why such foodworm is found inside such a big brand of Handliram?
This something they are playing with consumers health.
I request you to please pls take necessary action against this.

I came to have lunch with my colleagues and restaurants (Handi highway dining) manager here was mr sunil and one of the waiter told us that ro is not working so we have to take the water bottle for which we have to pay as well. They are trying to sell their water bottle to clients. I think any customer have right to have drinking water that too complimentary.

I had dinner and break fast at hotel sangeetha at trichy near bus terminus.
I observed that, while servicing people are wearing ordinary gloves (Very low quality) and taking hot food with that gloves and servicing.

I have informed them when ever i go and have food, still they have not changed, their costing for idly 2nos is 36/- and people are saying high class hotel, buy they are providing low class food.

Fci has to investigate and take suitable action immediately.

Venky’s chicken salami being sold after expiry date in in&out outlet, bp petroleum, chandrasekharpur, bhubaneswar.
Every customer doesn’t check date.
But duty of supplier and shopkeeper to check dates. It’s 4months expiry product.
When asked to manager they say mistake happens. Then he shows me many expiry products exist in store are to be returned.
Great logic.
If it is so then they must be repacking n selling back again. Or people without seeing date must be taking also.
I personally suffered from chocolate and ice cream. Had it and suffered from typhoid.
So request for immediate action.

I ordered at subway food at adyar store by 2;45 am.. The order was accepted and estimated time was 3:20... My night shift close by 3 am and waited in the office only for these food order.. While tracking i found the food timing was moved to 3;39 then 3:45 then 3;50 am then 3 ;55 then 4:15 and finally the order was cancelled after i called the subway store at 4:30.. Till the time the order was open till 4;30 am... This is not acceptable and make me wait for 2 hours and i went home with hungry... I want my refund amount rs 235 with comp. Ensation amout. Please help me to get my money with compensation amout

On 5 august i went with my family to eat in haldiram bhujiawala near polytechnic road.
I ordered butter masala dosa but i when i received it after eating i saw that a piece of particles were left. I saw it then i recognize that it was a rubber. I was shocked. I left the food and my health also became worse. Please i kindly request to fci to take action...

I went to loyola fast food which is located in choolaimedu nungambakkam on 28-may-2019 for dinner. I had chicken rice and chilli beef also had amirecan choosy...
Food quality was very bad and meats are like rotten not able to eat it's very hard. After eating that came to home and am completely suffering now with stomach ache. Pls check abt this hotel.

I got worm from food in Hotel city park, in moulivakkam today. We raised complaint to employees are just recovered from a unknown food poison. We need strong actions on complaints & strict continuous inspections to all restaurants.

I would really need your help to address one food quality issue I faced today dinner in hotel city park. I got one big worm in the sharwarma with 0salad chilli that I ordered.

the attitude of the store owner, when we report the incident . He acted as if it's a common thing . He didn't even care about the complaint and continued saying how we can see inside the chilli. Pls tell me how we ill check.. I shouted him and ask him, if you order in small hotel and wif you see the big worm wht you ill do.. No issue madam... I ill think But it. No issue madam don't pay your bill its free... Why we need free I will pay.. I paid our bill.

Why food corporation has not mentioned B.pharm biochemistry or chemistry as one of the subject for technical grade 3 position.please mention B.pharm as one of the degree for technical AG grade 3 position as one of the degree with biochemistry or chemistry as subject.we are getting difficulty in filling application form.if bsc degree can be considered then why not B.pharm.please correct as soon as possible before closing of online application form.

My department submitted four officers annuity pension case at office of jeevev parkash building cannough palace new delhi by hand on 17 jan, 2019 but pension case was still pending on the part of lic of india to be decided.
In which office our annuity case shall be decided as ourself belong to gurdaspur district 143521 (punjab),
secondly fci h.q.has not included interest which have generated on-line statement of pension Rs.33, 797/- which are showing by generating statement on line of fci pension portal.
Lastly I retired from FCi on 31.08.2018, but my annuity case was submitted five months late, who is responsible for late submission of my annuity case. If my annuity pension fixed Rs.5000/- p.m., then my total annuity amount becomes Rs.25, 000/- get the recovery from defaulter & transfer into my account of annuity of LIC of India.

There was some illegal stall in front of gate of pusa institute of technology (New-delhi-110012). When me and my some friends ordered chowmein we found a birds fur. There are lots of bacteria in it which causes lots of problems to human health. When we complaint about it he fight with us. 1) non payment of employee provident fund (Epf) dated jan 2018 - till date.

2) being a seniour citizen i face many problem with receiving notifications of fci retirment plans and payment:
A) how to apply life certificate /per year?
B) how to receive my increment/bonus/arear etc after 2008 retirment which is not received?
C) how to receive my service book details?
D) how to receive details of my employment pension payment till date?
E) after retirement i have not received any copy of payment receipt. Please send me details after investiong the copies.
F) along with also send me the amount which is pending in case of bonus, arear, etc.

3) although being a seniour citizen i have travelled 500 km or more from my hometown to ranchi headoffice and kolkata headoffice for thumb impression and resolution o[censored]npayment of my pending pention and increment. Still no officials were able to help me with the problem. Please suggest!!

4) where shall i send my adhar card and employee details for life certificate for 2019??
A) what is the address?
B) how can i send?
C) who is the desired person to address?
D) how can i receive updates?
E) how can i withdraw my pention?

5) i have my pention registered on icici bank, dumka, jharkhand. Bank manager has sent life certificate attatched to adhar card to ranchi fci epf office with cc to regional office but have received no response. Please suggest!!

6) i have a medical card, residing in dumka, jharkhand area. But no competent authority can help me out with medical facility :
A) what are the treatment which i can pursue as under?
B) which hospitals comes under jurisdiction?
C) how to proceed for treatment?
D) how shall my kids approach hospitals if i am medically unfit and i am serious.

Being a seniour citizen with 70+ years of age i am facing lots of problem running from fci office to office and department to department. Kindly help me out to resolve the above queries asap.

I have bought today 1 cadbury fruit and nut chocolate and found bad quality of nuts used in chocolate due to that the chocolate got stinky and look like rungs in it my number are given below do help me in this regards and i want to sue cadbury india. I want the solution on immediately.
