Food Corporation Of India — unauthorised use of citizens food grains by local ration shop

I sachin kumar tanwar resident of w.z.411, Naraina Village, New Delhi - 28 states that our local ration shop owner keeps his shop almost closed and opens it once in a week. However he transfer all the ration to his own shop. He moreover tell the public that ration is finished and will only be able to provide when the next lot come.
