Hi,
I would like to register this complaint against the Vijaynagar Market FoodWorld. There was a problem in the billing system (software). As for a product it took 103 as amount where as the actual amount was 80. When this was conveyed to the sales people, there was no proper response over the inconvenience caused, on top of this supervisor returns more than the actual extra paid money (23 + 7) that is 30 Rs to me and on my face he tells in front of other people that you are given a discount for the product.
‘Food World you just lost one loyal customer who was visiting you regularly from past 5 years.’

Foodworld — Refund of my money
On 27th December 2008 around 5:30 PM, I purchased Daily's whole wheat bread from Foodworld Vijayanagar, Bangalore by paying Rs. 25.00The manufacture date on the bread pack was 27-Dec-2008 and the expiry date was 30-Dec-2008.
After I went home, I opened the bread pack and I saw that there was fungus all over the bread.
So I went back to Foodworld Vijayanagar, returned the bread and asked them to refund the money.
They said that they cannot return the money instead I need to buy something else for the same or higher amount.
As the money was stuck with them, I had to purchase something which I did not need at all.
In the whole process, foodworld gained Rs. 25.00 but I ended up buying something which I did not need at all.
Why should the customer has to always loose out his money?
Why can't the money be returned to the customer when the retailer has sold a faulty product?
