no respect for customers in food world supermarket

There are four billing counters and only one is operational. The manager was billing in another counter and i stood in line. But as soon as my turn came, he walked away and never returned. When he came back, i asked him if he's going to bill my items he walked away again, only to come back and bill for the other person who was standing there. When asked, he was very rude and harsh. Items are not stacked properly and the staff will be scrambling around searching for items. Free / complimentary items are just not relocatable. I would like to register this complaint against the Vijaynagar Market FoodWorld. There was a problem in the billing system (software). As for a product it took 103 as amount where as the actual amount was 80.
