Items are not stacked properly and the staff will be scrambling around searching for items. Free / complimentary items are just not relocatable. This is the third time I am experiencing such incident at Gandhi Bazar, Basavanagudi, Bangalore outlet of Food world. Today, I purchased on Horlicks Refill pack for Rs. 201. There is a free gift of "Microwave Container" against this purchase. Even after 30 minutes of search all over the store, they could not locate the item. Instead, they were trying to convince me to take some alternative cheap article as a gift. Are the staff trying to pilfer these articles out of the store. Why the articles should not be placed at appropriate places, so that the customer is not put to inconvenience. My overall purchase time was only 10 minutes, but they made me wait for over 30 minutes, trying to locate the Microwave container. Even the attitude of the staff is extremely irritating, particularly, when I refused to accept any alternate article.
