[Resolved] Force Motors Limited / Force One Suv Vehicle — NOT A SUV VEHICLE - LIKE A TRUCK | |||
I bought FORCE ONE SUV VEHICLE, from N. Mahalingam And Company, Coimbatore on 29/11/2011 I got attracted to the vehicle by the website www.forceone.co.in, offering RACK & PINION, POWER ASSISTED COLLAPSIBLE & TILTABLE STEERING, HYDRAULIC OPERATED SIGNLE PLATE CLUTCH, ACCESS TO FULL ROTATION WITHIN 19 FT ROADS. And another reason to choose this vehicle by mere referring the website is that I already own 2 Tempo Travellers and 2 Cruisers from Force Motors. On-Road cost of the vehicle is Rs. 13.3 Lakhs. Now the complaints are: 1) Clutch is very hard as in a Truck 2) Gear engages only on full pedalling and slips, releases often. 3) The vehicle rotates only in a radius of 40 ft. 4) Steering is very hard as in a Hy duty Truck. 5) Body rattles rapidly and very bad as a Loaded Auto. 6) The middle seats when tilted to enter the third row of seats, give only a space of 20 Cm. When the complaint was made to the Company, and a Return Back of the vehicle was insisted, the response is very bad - as compared to their interest to me when selling the vehicle and asking the payment [Approx. 4 phone calls per day] PLEASE, EVERYBODY DO NOT THINK OF BUYING FORCE ONE "so called" SUV VEHICLE. ON 19TH AUG. 2013 I HAVE PURCHASE A FORCE ONE SUV FROM SARDA FORCE RANCHI, JHARKHAND. AFTER PURCHASING THIS CAR I AM FACING SO MANY PROBLEMS. AC IS NOT WORKING, SOME TYPICAL SOUNDS ARE COMING FROM ENGINE, DOORS ARE NOT SET, BACK LIGHT IS NOT WORKING, RIGHT SIDE LOOKING MIRROR IS NOT MOVING, HEAD LIGHT IS NOT ADJUSTED, CLUTCH IS TOO HARD, ENGINE IS OCCUR OVER HEAT. I HAVE DONE COMPLAIN TO AUTHORIZED DEALER, BUT NO PROPER ACTION TAKEN BY HIM. ONLY 20 KM I HAVE DRIVEN THE CAR. KINDLY GIVE ME SUGGESTION WHERE I HAVE TO GO.

I am one of the many unsatisfied customer of force one car. I am regretting from the day I got delivery of the car in February 2012. If you pull out my repair list, bills and job cards which starts from February 2012 itself you can notice almost every part has been repaired or replaced which includes 4 breakdowns and one in the middle of the forest. This vehicle has been so unreliable that I have to have a vehicle on standby 24*7. People folk to the car in public because of the outwardly gigantic looks but when an opinion is asked from the customers of this vehicle the answer is rubbish inside. The recent breakdown was on 2nd December 2013, I informed the dealer immediately but mechanic from the dealer reached the spot nearly 36 hours later, since the vehicle was not moving I arranged a lorry to transport the car to the dealer at Coimbatore by paying 12000 rupees. I am not taking delivery of this vehicle from the dealer unless and until you give me a guarantee in writing that the vehicle won't breakdown in future or find me a alternative solution by replacing this vehicle with a new one.
I GOT THIS CAR FROM N MAHALINGHAM & COMPANYIN COIMBATORE. PLEASE GIVE ME SOME ADVICE TO HANDLE THE SITUATION
