We purchased a traveler 26+1 seater on recent 6 months, it ran well for 1 month but then showed various problems regarding starting, and then pickup problems. The service center suggests restarting the vehicle when it runs but the pickup problem is still there, when you start the vehicle in the morning it is taking 3 to 4 km to gain its pickup, With this problem, it is difficult to rent a vehicle for picnics, marriage use, etc. We are just keeping the vehicle with us and giving EMI to the bank. purchase the forced vehicle to generate money by using it, but instead of [censored] sign we keep it and pay EMI.

    We send veterinary dispensary rajpipla's force ambulance GJ22G5091 to tirth motors bharuch since last three month for repairing in claim. no response is given from tirth motors, and no till date repairing is started, if any how claimwill lapse only force company is responsible for this issue, Ambulance like emergency vehicle are not repaired timely this is ridiculous.please give me fruitful response from your side other wise i will complain it in consumer court

        Hello,
        We have purchased one Royal Force 26 on 04th November 26th. After the delivery of the vechicle we have noticed a sound from rear side of the vehicle and felt a tightness in steering. we have highlighted both these issues to the dealer and the sales guy Mr Anu Fernandez told us that PDI team inspected the vechicle earlier and these issues are very normal thing for this model and this issue will clear while doing the 1st service. after this we started using this vechicle for transferring our products to the market. last week (28th November 2022) we have noticed that the sound from rear side is increasing and found that both front tyres are sliced from inner sides. we suddenly approached the service team of new royal motors and they told us that this is manufacturing defect, they approached the manufacturing unit about this and they are waiting to get the confirmation till date the vehicle is kept in the service centre and still they are waitng for the confirmation from your side to perform the reparing activities.and also we found that they are not using the proper tools for getting the things done(attaching the photos herewith). we are facing huge loses to tranfer our goods using the hired vehicles in this busy x'mas new year season.Please do the needful to take immediate action to replace the necessary things under the warranty option

              I regret to inform that I Mr. Rishirajsingh Rathore has bought Force Gurkha 4*4 BS6 on 31 May 2022 from MSS Meditechno (I Pvt Ltd) Ahmedabad as I reside at Jaipur and our Jaipur dealer ESS PEE Automotive Pvt Ltd, Jaipur, Rajasthan was unable to commit timely delivery, I had to purchase this vehicle from my neighbouring state Gujarat.

              Since the day I bought the vehicle, I had raised an issue that 4*4 gear was not engaging. Gujarat dealer had shown the interest to rectify my complaint, but I had taken the car at Jaipur, I requested them to solve my issue at the Jaipur dealership.
              So, I took my vehicle to ESS PEE Automotives Pvt Ltd, Jaipur to rectify my issue and first service ( Job card attached in mail). Ahmedabad dealer sent the part of my vehicle to Jaipur dealer as they were not having the part, but during replacement, they found Bearing and other connecting part ( Coupling) broken, My Vehicle is also having Engine Hubbing noise which there vehicle at the dealership was not having while i took testdrive yesterday, So they called the company engineer to resolve my said issue, but company engineer( also told that it happens in Gurkha, it’s a manufacturing problem and they asked me to drop the vehicle for 1 week.

              Now my complain arise that buying a 18 Lacs vehicle and in a period of 50 days, I have to leave the vehicle at the dealership and that too in monsoon is not acceptable, So I requested the dealer to provide a donor vehicle. The astonishing reply from the dealership that Force Motor doesn't have any such kind of provision,

              If in this competitive world, you are unable to provide a proper resolution to the customer, how would customer recommend the brand to others.

              I request the Forum to intervein and resolve my issue and help me get the appropriate and desirable solution to my said issue with replaced vehicle or New engine & Gear Box.

              After 4 days even we haven't received any concrete reply from the service station or FORCE MOTORS on the status of addressable of our complain, nor the company authorize dealer & service station ESSPEE Automotive Pvt ltd is able to resolve the complain, nor they are replying just received one mail from there end they lookin to it and that's it.

                Dear Sir,
                The above insured person Raju Sarjerao Maske Working with Perfect security services (Working location force motors Akurdi pune) as a helper has correctly allotted Insurance Number [protected] but Contractors & Company Casual Approach (negligence of company & Contractors Representative) Raju Sarjerao Maske have got allotted another Insurance Number [protected].
                Negligence of company & Contractors Representative made another ignoramus Mistake. That is Mr. Raju Sarjerao maske Date of appointment & Working location change. This incidence happen on 14/09/2021.
                Raju sarjerao maske is goes to hospital due to pain of his right leg (pan Artho hospital nigdi) before he goes to hospital he demand esic e-pechan card to his contactor. But anyone can give his esic e-pechan card. Finally he goes privet hospital & take treatment from pan artho hospital nigdi. When OPD is done 1st ly doctor says take an x-ray. I have taken x ray & showing the doctor. Then doctor says MRI is required. I am goes at pimpri for take MRI.MRI is done & I am back to pan artho hospital nigdi doctor says operation is required and treatment will be running on upcoming 3 years & expenses is very high I am not afford because expenses is Rs 1200000 to 1600000 lakh.
                So I am goes to my native that is nanded (MH) & all case discuss with my family doctor Mr. Kale sir. He says admit in hospital as early as possible due to my right leg pain. So I am admitted for operation. My operation is done on 15/09/2021. & Discharge from hospital on 14/10/2021. Now I am walking on walker & suddenly my Hip bone was crack on 7/11/2021.when I am admitted in hospital my appointment is shown on esic but different location & Different Date.
                07/06/2022 I am goes to Labor office pune & Meet with Mrs Sable mam He says all issues regarding you as an esic & Company so contact with them.
                Please find following Quires Negligence of company & Contractors Representative
                1. How ESIC IP Number change?
                2. If IP is admitted in hospital so what is base of Appointment?
                3. IP is non-skilled so why work as an Operator?
                4. Accidental Report?
                5. Appointment & Registration date is different?
                6. What is Company control on Contractor?
                Above all my allegation against contractor (PSS) & Company (Force motors Akrudi) we have suffering from last 9 month just because of his approach. Mr. Sharmaji told me on voice call see company says we are not allow any employee without ESIC Card (If applicable)
                We have already send all information of your legal compliance officer via mail but anyone can respond me. We are not able to mail you due to your E-mail id is not provided by labour officer. That’s why I am sending by speed post. Please revert me back as early as possible or please tell me what can I do? If you are not taken action against contractor & concern company employee, we have defiantly file petition in labor court against company, contractor, & ESIC.

                  Dear sir,

                  This complaint is from M/s NMDC Ltd, Kirandul. (a Govt of India enterprise), Dantewada dist, Chattigarh state.

                  Force toofan Trax vehicle, chassis no. MC1D4DGAXNP095818 was purchased thru Govt GEM portal vide Purchase order no. GAMCGEMC-[protected] dtd 17.07.2021. The vehicle was commissioned at our site on 29/11/2021.

                  Recently on 1/2/22, the vehicle engine water pump mounting bolts got loosened and water pump come out leading to water lkg. As the driver had noticed it immediately, a major failure was averted. This vehicle is under break down now. Within two months of commissioning a major problem is faced in this vehicle. Since this is premature failure we request you to send a technician from your nearby dealer for attending the defect and rectify it immediately.

                      Hi Team,

                      I own Force Motor SUV i.e. Force Motor One. I am trying to find wiper linkage assembly from almost a month now but no luck coz no spare parts available. I even tried in authorized service center in Indore which is called Betala Auto Sales, they also denied on spare parts availability. They even said no for service as no engineer available for that engine.

                      Please help me find that part, it's really urgent.

                            We have observed some manufacturing defects on floor and still not resolved.

                            While ordering bus we have informed this vehicle shall be used for staff transport and Force team informed Pneumatic door can be installed by their sub vendor, after bus delivery Force team saying this bus not suitable for installing Pneumatic door, due to this we can’t use this bus for our requirement.

                              and all documents related to tempo being processed by MR. RANA JI

                              Now while passing my vehicle from Arto VAHAN. COM ARIDWAR UTTRAKHAND. We are Facing

                              (Purchase as - Drive Away Chassis)

                              issue on this portal. I have found this mistake done from your side (Force Motors) & due to this issue ARTO Haridwar wants Form-22B Part-II (the body of the vehicle is made by from the third party & they provide this form) from my side but as you know this vehicle is already a shell vehicle & not a loader vehicle.

                              My Vehicle is already full-body build & it's not updated on VAHAN.COM from Force Motors.

                              Just for reference, I am sending a screenshot of that issue. Due to this mistake,

                              Our vehicle is on hold for the last 10 days and it is affecting our business and our time a lot. After 10 days the temporary number is gonna expire of my vehicle & after that, I have to pay the penalty price without a single fault from my side.

                              In TAPL automobile Mr. Rajesh Verma, Mr. Rana, and Mr. NIPUN are very helpful but Mr. Agnivesh & Mr. Naveen are not helping me in this matter & they are not even listening to the problem I am facing, and these people are the high authority people in Force Motors, Delhi

                              Kindly take it seriously and take corrective action regarding this issue ASAP.

                                We r very much Disappointed with the service of Force cruiser.i have putchase new for and from 1st service we have problem with Ready water.alway service center of vision force, Gaya bihar is telling we will exchange .in April 2020 I have send Ready water for replacement but till date we have not got exchanged Readywater.very poor service from force.force is a cheater company.
