[Resolved]  Foreign Horizons — Fraud

they r really fraud.i know about 3 people who cheated by them. we are complaining about them to high commision of australia at new delhi.they are saying, they have mara agent in australia but nothing have. the number they provided above of persons who got visa r fake. the number belong to them and all comments are made by them. i need the sign of all u guys on affidavit so i can forward to high commission about them, how they making fraud under the registration process.i got few cutting from different newspaper where people make complaints about them and one complaint copy from court.
first they apply ur case and get offer letter then say for coe give us money. the college in Melbourne with they dealing have only one consultant in india is name kartik singh also belong to chd.

please provide me ur detail and need sign on affidavit against them i[censored] also paid any money to them. make sure u have detail when ugave to them
one thing i am not a consultant.
if theyapply 50 cases and get 2 genuine visa.they will tell u abut that visa approvals.
so dnot follow the registration procedure from them.
go to www.mara.gov.au and find migration agent

I do not agree with this as my four relatives have gone to UK through this company. They delivered as they had promised. All my relatives are fully satisfied and doing well.
It may vary on the circumstances and the quality of one's documents.

I totally disagree with this comment beacause i am in australia and very well settled through this company only. They have properly guided me and gave direction to my career .
Before applying they have verbally counselled me and told me each and evry step of my processing. And later on i have signed the written agreement on stamp paper as well as on their letter head. Above all they gave me a enough time to read that agreement. And i found that whatever they told me verbally evrything was mentioned in that agreement. I was satisfied and signed that.

Moreover after getting a positive reults, i have referred few of my friends and they are also with me here in melbourne, Australia.

So, don't go on others comments just use your brain . I don't want to quote anything but very much sure that this complaint might be posted by some competitor.

My name is Jagtar Singh and I am an Indian citizen working in UK on a workpermit through Foreign Horizons Overseas Consultants Private Limited. There was a heavy push for offshoring in the company and I have realised that the chances of my present workpermit.

As I am Chef and have special skills I have decided to take advantage of Tier 2 scheme, but had less than four months of valid visa left in my passport to get Permanent Migration. Haha, I was visiting the immigration consultants today and I happen to come across their showroom. I went to the basement. First impression was really bad. Then a guy came and when I talked to him I immediately knew that he has no knowledge of immigration. Then I mentioned that if he can do work for me I am ready to pay, I could see the lust for money in his eyes. Then the guy took me to Vikram and he insisted to pay right now by CC or by cash, he also suggested to withdraw the money through ATM and pay. It was easy to judge that they have no knowledge of Immigration consulting they used to deal with UK Visas which is now closed due to change in rules. He is in Chandigarh for God's sake, How could he imagine that people will pay the money so easily. Stay away and Be cautious.

Hi i totally disagree with all above given statements. I am a nurse by profession and i applied through one reputed company for nursing registration to Australia, but they completely misguided me and not even refunded my money. Then one of my relative suggested me to apply through Foreign horizons. I got my visa to Australia within four months through foreign horizons. Presently i am in Australia and i am very happy.

Foreign Horizons ek bht vadia company hai, mai canada PR da case aitho apply kita si mainu hor kine hi consultants ne gumrah kita but sahi advice mainu foreign horizons toh hi mili and mera case ohna ne cheti toh cheti apply krke mainu visa dava dita. Hun mai apni sari family de naal canada wich settled haaan.

I am in Apollo Hospital delhi, even in a city like delhi there are many consultants who give you fake information on nursing visas. I tried hard to to find a consultant like foreign horizons who can guide me on options available for nurses abroad. When i personally visited there office they told me how can i become the registered nurse of australia. They took only three months to apply my case i received the visa. now i am enrolled in bridging program in Australia soon i wish i'll work in Australia as a registered nurse
