Foreign Horizons in Sector 8 Chandigarh is a fraudulent company, these are duping people freely, no one is there to stop them, They cheated me of 50, 000 Rupees by providing me fake details of visa and they did not even submit the documents to the embassy neither they filed the case and every time showed me fake documents to show the case is in progress. They fooled me for full 4 years. And when I asked for refund when I came to know their reality they threatened me and harassed me and my family. Their owner would call you by himself till the time you have not paid money and after that that would not even let you enter the office premises. Their staff Navdeep and Garima and khushi are the biggest of cheaters they will cheat you that sharply that you would only come to know after loosing all your money. So all the people in Chandigarh and people of near about places Please think twice before applying there for Visa as you will end up in loosing all your hard earned money and assets. I am Hari Chand Singh, me too have a complaint against foreign horizons, , I ve applied for my daughter she is dentist, no doubt she got visa with in the three months only, , but they really trouble me wen i put my file becoz they said that they ll notarize my documents but later they refuse to do so. I wasted my five days getting my documents notarize, , but the relief is that my daughter is studing in australia now.
My request is to NAV BAL, I feel you are a paid complainant who must be in competition to them that's why promoting some new college. I realised how difficult it is to complete the file as i did for my daughter, if you are a genuine person can you just fill the form of the registration board and upload here it.Filling the form and complete it only is very difficult job, if you can't then don't misguide people.

he National Board and AHPRA have reviewed and strengthened the process in place to support the nationally consistent assessment of applications for registration from internationally qualified nurses and midwives (IQNMs).
The model will guide the National Board’s assessment of international applicants to decide if they have educational qualifications that are ‘substantially equivalent’ to a Board-approved Australian qualification. This is critical information to help the National Board decide if an international applicant is qualified to provide safe care to patients in Australia.
This model is consistent with the requirements of the National Law. It applies a set of clear expectations about the educational standards to be met by all international applicants for registration, regardless of where the study was undertaken.
The new model applies only to the way the National Board will assess international qualifications. The National Board has made no other changes to the other suitability requirements, including compliance with the registration standards that you must meet to be eligible for registration in Australia.
The qualifications of an international applicant must now meet eight criteria in order for you to be eligible for registration. Refer to Assessment criteria on this page for detailed information on specific criteria for registered nurses, enrolled nurses and midwives.
If you are an internationally qualified midwife, you also need to meet professional experience requirements for a midwife.

With effect from 1 July 2014, the minimum requirement for registration as an enrolled nurse is AQF level 5.
If your qualification leading to registration falls at AQF level 4 or below, and you do not have subsequent nursing related qualifications that we can consider, your application will go straight to the local board for a decision.
A qualification at AQF level 4 or lower does not meet the minimum requirements of qualification assessment criterion 4 for an enrolled nurse.
What happens when an application meets all requirements
Where an applicant clearly meets all registration requirements, the national processing team progresses the application to registration as quickly as possible.
Stage 3: Decision by local board
The local board decides on the outcome of all complex applications. It takes into account the review of all registration requirements and the recommendations of the panel of experts.
The local board will decide to:
register you, or
request more information, or
propose to refuse your application on the basis that you have failed to meet one or more of the requirements for registration.
Stage 4: Communicating the outcome
Registration
If the outcome of your application is registration, we will:
inform you by email if your residential address is in Australia, or
send you a letter of eligibility for registration if you are currently residing overseas.
If you are residing overseas, you must provide final proof of identity when in Australia before we will register you with the National Board, and (if time has lapsed) you may also need to provide a new Certificate of Registration Status or Good Standing.
Proposal to refuse
If the outcome of your application is that you fail to meet any of the requirements for registration, the local board will send you a letter proposing to refuse your registration and including the reasons for this decision.
You have 30 days to make a submission to the local board in response to their decision. If you do not make a submission, your application for registration will be refused after 30 days and we will close your application.

No doubt I got the visa through Foreign Horizons but it was late, they committed 28 days but I got my visa in 40 days of time which was frustrating. But still I am thankful to them as they deal very professionally. I was not very confident as my visa was refused last year in the interview, , But thanks.

As I was going through all these comments, which I am looking now, when I got my visa done through Foreign Horizons only, , , no doubt if I would have seen these kind of comments before I might got disturbed and became worried about my case too, , because me too got my visa after the committed period of time only. But now I can understand that this could happened because of back lock of files in the embassy, else the process was the same which they have told in the begining only. So what I can say is thanks to Foreign Horizons.
after reading all these comments only one thing came in my mind dat people should use their brain because these kind of fake comments can be made by anyone who is not in favour of this company and moreover the favourable comments can be done by company itself but I wondered there are not much in favour of them. so friends must use your brain and dont follow anything blindly.

whn u got ur visa. your visa was also based on oet based. i asked from the company abut recent visas .thy told me about processing files.not about stamped visas.i think company made comment on the basis of old visas.

i have seen so many post against FOREIGN HORIZONS. Few of them r saying good but numerous r against. i have also seen 2 court cases against them, MR BAL, GARIMA etc.the main thing if they r really fake then why u all guys did not file any case against then in court. why u peoples did not come together in news or in other advertisements.
all positive comments r given by foreign horizons, because all comments r of may 17, 2013. and KUL kaur is their staff member because above post she is saying, she got visa of canada by then and location is india on internet.thats why she saying rascal to other, but all staff of foreign horizon is bloody specially garima and natasha and tammana
