[Resolved]  Abn Amro / Credit Card — Rs.5000 Bank Fraud (ABN Amro Noida)

Sir, a representative of ABN Amro Bank Noida called me up and told me that among lot of bank customers of i am selected for a lucky voucher of Rs. 6500 and i can use that voucher for any holiday destination through booking by make may trip and i need not to pay anything to anyone if i book the ticket below Rs.6500.

The representaive never told me that for this gift voucher my account will be debited by Rs.5000, after that call which i recieved they again called for confirmation and asked that i want that gift or not in reply of which i agreed to it as i was not knowing they will debit my account with Rs.5000, after that they sent a voucher to me(as they are saying) which i even do not recieved personnaly or signed any recieving from the courier guy, they say they delivered it at my office address. Sir, my salary is around Rs.13000 a month, i cannot afford a fraud of 5000 from the banker where my salary account is. So sir, kindly help me as i am very much tensed due to this bank fraud. I cannot afford this loss and neither want to avail any offer, when i told the same thing to my banker, in reply they said they cannot withdraw the charges. Kindly help.
