Living Media India Limited — not received free gift

Dear Sir/ Madam
I have recieved the parcel of books on 5th jan 2009 but along with that I did not recieve the free gift of holidays. In the Invoice they mentioned Ihave claim for that but did not find place from where I can claim.I opened the site in that there are only complaints no provision to claim the free gift. What I am saying when you know what gift you have provided along with the parcel then why it neccessary to claim it again. Just send it that is all. Are they buying time? OR IS IT BOGUS ? I HAD A GREAT RESPECT INDIA TODAY BOOK CLUB I THINK I HAVE TO CHANGE MY OPINION. I DON'T HAVE TIME TO WRITE THE COMPLAINTS
IF YOU ACT ON THIS HERE ARE THE DETAILS.

Living media India Ltd. is a fraud company as far as its offers and Free gifts are concerned. I had subscribed for TIME in 2010 and 1 year on, after so many calls and emails, all I get are promises and promises for next 10 to 15 days. They seem to be defrauding every one. Please come under one banner and LETS SUE THEM COLLECTIVELY.
