sir my mobile no. is [protected] and i want to unsubscribe airtel frenzo servie on my cell. i didn't suscribe it. a few days ago i got a message saying that i've subscribed airtel frenzo service and i am going to be charged rs. 10. now recently i've charged rs. 5 again for the renewal of this service. sir please unsubscribe this service as i don't use it. hope you to take a action very soon. thanks!! I'm an airtel pre-paid customer having mobile number [protected], i subscribed frenzo service almost 25 days ago and paid rs 20 twice for it, now since i'm not using that service i want that to be unsubscribed so that my balanced must not be deducted when the service is not in use.
Kindly suggest via e-mail or unsubscribe the service.
