[Resolved] Friends Gas Service — LPG Cylinder not delivered | |
Dear Sir, I have LPG Connection with Friends Gas Services, 217, Sukhdev Vihar, New Delhi. I booked the LPG Cylinder in the month of January, but the cylinder has not been delivered till now. I called agency many times but they always says that we will deliver it today. I am really fed up of its services. Kindly take appropriate action. I am consumer of Bharat Petroleum. I had booked for a LPG cylinder on 07/5/2009. In this regard I have not yet received refill of the LPG cylinder till date. Now whenver, I make a call to Friends Gas Service, Bharat Nagar, New Delhi, the staff told me to visit their office along with blank cylinder and go to our godown and collect the gas. Further it has been brought to our notice that there has been disputes between Agency owner and delivery boy. Non-delivery of cylinder has put us in great hardship, as the present gas might be exhausted at any moment. I request you to kindly look into personally and get the delivery of cylinder so quickly.

Friends Gas Service — not delivered
Late DeliveryI had booked for a cylinder on 29.12.2009 . Its more than 20 days and have not yet received the cylinder. Till date I made more than 20 calls to the FRIEND GAS SERVICE gas agency (nearest SUKHDEV VIHAR) and reminded them. Its of no use, when ever I make a call, I get the answer "It will be delivered to you by today evening or tomorrow morning" but surprise it is not delivered

I am consumer of Bharat Petroleum. I had booked for a LPG cylinder on 27/08/2008. In this regard I have not yet received refill of the LPG cylinder till date. Now whenver, I make a call to Friends Gas Service, Bharat Nagar, New Delhi, the staff challenged me to go Bharat Petrolium and complain against agency and disconnect my call. Non-delivery of cylinder has put me and my family in great hardship and I have been put into a lot of mental harassment, because of the indifferent attitude and apathy. I request you to kindly take up this matter with appropriate authorities and redress my grievance. Kindly take action against him.
