I myself Amit Gyaneshwar More, few years before had taken a personal loan from the finance company named G E Countrywide. due to the mismanagement of the finance company near by eight to nine instalments of my personal loan were bounced without any reason and wile the time I had sufficient balance in the bank also .Rather co operating me, these people of the finance management never inquired about the return cheques and neither issued me any registered notice to pay the out standing amount. according to the law these finance companies cannot put anybody's name in the ci bill without giving any notice to the consumer. Hence I request to the respected form to ask the finance company to discontinue my name in the ci bill. against that I am ready to pay the outstanding amount of the finance company, thank you.
