[Resolved]  Gas Cylinder — refuse to dilivery of gas cylender by Divya gas agency - vadodara - gujaret

I have booked refill gas cylender to Divya gas agency on dt[protected] . today i phone to agency ( after
13 day) they reply to delivery today .his delivery boy come to deliver in my society for another person's gas cylinder.i request his delivery boy but he refuse to me . and bad discotion ( gali galoch ) .
I go to agency & ask for complain - book but they refuse to give me .

---gas agency can refuse to give complane-book ?????????????
--This is not my personal complain but so many costemer daily quaraling about this proublam .
-- why action not to be taken --to dis continu agency ( dismis liancese ) ??
