[Resolved]  GEMS SALES PVT. LTD. — payout

I am an old man of 70 with an income of Rs.8000/-p.m. On being told what moneymaking wizards are Director and Kapil of this company, I virtually started for two months before investing Rs.11000/- with this company. I was told I will receive my cheque on 7 March. Alarmed at not receiving the first month cheque I have sent 20 reminders ti the company and they are shamelessly keeping quiet. Even a petty thief will not behave like this.Shame on Gemssales and its Directors. While I am registering a cheating case with Preet Vihar police against the company and its agent Kapil Chugh in 2 days, I am preparing a database of 1 lakh investors whom I will send "Beware of Cheats' mail soon.

they given me two checks both are fake, it bounce when i put in a bank and when i tried to call the consult person Mr. ganesh chandra he disconneting my phone call and other time he make switch off his mobile. I lost my money, can anybody tell is still there any possibility to get money back? And I appealing everybody don't go such kind of a fraud/ fake investment, send them in a jail
