[Resolved]  Getitbazaar.com — Payment not refunded

On 17th Sept. 2013, against order no:[protected] I ordered an Micromax Canvas4 a210 mobile to www.Getitbazaar.com.

It was informed that first deposit payment than my order will dispatch than I sent the payment Rs. 17233.00 on 19 Sept. 2013 through my HDFC Bank Credit card & also got confirmation mail.

It was informed me through mail that with in 05 working days my order will dispatch to me but after two days it was informed me that my order has been canceled & my bank detail called to return my above said payment with in 4 or 5 days.

I sent my bank detail on same day but when the payment not received in given time I asked through mail about my payment.

It was replied that above said payment sent through NEFT to my bank account on 15 Oct 2013.
But after the confirmation i informed to [protected]@getitbaazar.com that payment is not credited to my account and it was replied wait for four to five days.
After waiting the above said time again i asked for my payment trough mail than again it was replied that wait for 48 hours to know the status of NEFT.

After waiting again i asked my payment but it was not replied.

Please help me to get the payment back.
