I have deposited Ghaziabad Kaushambi House Tax, but Mr. Verma every time says please deposied by cash only not by Cheque other wise you face a lots of problems, why i don't know.

in my building there is different size flat but tax is same and more surprising that on first year there is 3800/- tax after rebate, how it is so high and give me option to pay directly

I submitted House Tax, Water Tax and Sewer/Drainage Tax on dt 21st Aug. 2010 vide R.No.056/16455 upto 31.3.2011 in the presence of sh.ARUN kUMAR Gupt Asstt. Commissioner but I have received a bill Nos.[protected] dt.21.1.2011 for Rs.11225.00. It is a shocking irregularity and harassment of tax payers It is requested to Sh.Basant Lal Commissioner and Z.O.s to take strict action against such currupt tax Inspector and Tax Supdt.

in these days many local vendor civil builder material occupied road near chander ngr, bel colony back side. in rampuri near dana pani shop 2 vendor occupied all road this may accident causes.. and one near by mannat farm mkt on road all material s so see it and check take action it asap.. no body taking care this complaint why collect taxes stop this shame for gnn. officers very shame...

I resident of sector 4A Vasundhara and getting very very megre drinking water from your GM water Shri Babu Lal ji. He is busy to full the tanks of Group Housing Societies in the area.
They resident of society pay some lumsum amount to full their water tank so the water like my colony has been diverted to them.
To day 19.05.2011 morning I have got fifteen minute water at ground floor what happen to other floors? The resident at ground floors are not get drinking water without water motors. I would request please chek the position on daily basis.

what is problem in depositing tax by cheque to nagar nigam why they insist on cash more over when the states like MP have also come on line it is UP where old personal contact system is still prevailing ...I am surprised why Govt.is not thinking on these lines...??
This is to bring to your notice the whimsical nature of the people who collect household garbage in Rampuri area of Ghaziabad.
I am a resident of Rampuri Ghaziabad. My address is: B-78/G-1, Bharat Appartments, Rampuri, Ghaziabad 201011.
Usually, the people who collect household garbage are Bangladeshi nationals who are subcontracted for the job by casual workers of the Ghaziabad municipality.
Under tacit agreement with the municipality workers, these garbage collectors collect garbage at their own sweet will and do not observe a particular time slot for collecting garbage from households. They frequently remain absent, which results in accumulation of garbage at our homes.
The problem is particularly compounded during the winters because a section of people would like these scavengers to collect garbage a little late during the day. However, this is a problem for people like me because both I and my wife are working professionals and need to leave for our respective offices at a particular time in the morning. Because the scavengers come to collect garbage at a later time, we cannot regularly dispose off our household garbage.
Disposing garbage on our own doesn’t seem to be a feasible option because with the recent restrictions from Ghaziabad municipality and objections raised by various Resident Welfare Associations, it is hard to find a suitable place to dispose off household refuse.
I request you to please guide me in this matter and let me know what appropriate action can be take so that my garbage disposal problem is resolved.

Roads of Nandgram are in pathetic condition. New RCC road should be made over there. There should be drainage system. Nalas should be bigger, so water could not be store over their.

to produce completion certificat for fixing house tax in group housing society.
