[Resolved] GILMA Chimney Hobs — Pathetic Support
I purchased a GILMA Chimney and a Hob (GST4B) in October 2007. During purchase, I was assured of PROMPT SUPPORT till 12 months, but only after 3 months, this seemed a very notional commitment.
3 days back, while switching ON the hob, the knob simply came out and Gas started leaking. I had no option but to turn off the regulator. I tried calling Gilma Support (phone no. 23149101, Mr Lokesh) but he expressed his inability to come and asked me to keep it pending till 2 - 3 days, When I argued, he simply said go and talk to our heaqd office, we wont come before 3 days.
I tried contacting Gilma company, STOVEKRAFT as well parent VARDHMAN group but neither no Phone number available on Web. Only Fax and email - when sent, Emails Bounced abd Fax is unanswered. I am unable to contact any customer support or service number.
