global joint farming & marketing co — cheque not received

i have deposited Rs. 200000.00 to the Global joint farming & marketing co on 29.9.2010 and I received one agreement copy of the above company in INDIA NON JUDICIAL stamp for Rs.100/- from Haryana company agreed to pay Rs.360000.00 by 10 months by 10 cheques accordingly they sent one cheque for Rs.24000/-and amount also aleardy credited to my acoount also but they agreed to send 10 cheque at time but they informed due to shortage of cheque in bank they not able to sent at time but it will be sent before 15 th of November.2010 another 9 cheques.but till date myself not received the cheques not received any information also. Please inform me and kindly take necessary action.

Even I am facing the same problem and i know 2-3 people who are facing this problem.
Can anyone help us out and atleast return our own money.

on 29.11.2010 myself invested Rs. 200000.00 to the account Gloval joint farming & marketing Co ,according I received a log in ID through SMS in my mobile ie mjf200u0109031 and my passward given by them 191952 after that as per their condition I received no agreement Paper and any cheques from them till today. Kindly take necessary action and inform me also, Their address is Global Joint Farming & Marketing Company, corp office -2,Puspa Complex, Delhi road,Hisar,Haryana-125005. what to do I also want help till now received nothing from the company how can get our own main amount please suggest me.

I Mr.Santonu Kumar Tripathy, S/o-Nrusinghanath Tripathy, resident of Gadiadhoba Street, Samantaray Colony(Ist floor), Jeypore-764001, Koraput District, Odisha want to inform you that Global Joint Farming & Marketing Company Their E Mail address is as follows 1) [protected]@myjointfarming.com.2)[protected]@gmail.com. 3)w.w.w.myjointfarming.com. deposited Rs.2, 00, 000.00 to their account on 31.08.2010 accordingly I received an Agreement copy of the above company in Rs.100.00 court fee of Haryana court, in this Agreement they mentioned that they will refund with bonus of Rs 3, 60, 000.00 by 10 months in monthly basis such as on October 01, 2010=Rs.24000/-, November 01, 2010=Rs.24000/-, December 01, 2010=Rs.30000/-, January 01, 2011=Rs.30000/-, February 01, 2011=Rs.40000/-, March 01, 2011=Rs.40000/-, April 01, 2011=Rs.40000/-, May 01, 2011=Rs.44000/-, June 01, 2011=Rs.44000/-, July 01, 2011=Rs.44000/- like that by 10 cheques, these chart is also found in their web site mentioned above also. I like to inform you that accordingly I received one cheque of Rs.24000/- during October, 2010, one cheque of Rs.24000/- during November, 2010 & already credited in my account. At the time of submission of 3rd cheque the same was bounced mentioning the reason that, in their account no balance found. Since then till date myself not received the rest amount. At the time opening the account with the company above they inform my ID No.MJF200U0105216. & I can not open their web site also I cannot use my ID . Kindly inform me why I am not receiving the rest cheques amount, what is the position of the company.
