[Resolved]  GLOBAL JOINT FARMING & MARKETING COMPANY — Non-receipt of cheque amount

I have invested during 31/08/2010 in Global Joint Farming & Marketing Company having its Corporate Office at 2, Puspa Complex, Delhi Road, Hisar, Haryana-125005 a sum of Rs.[protected]. The Company was assured me to give Rs.[protected] in 10 monthly return in instalment. After investment, the company made an agreement in Haryana Non-judicial Stamp Paper in my favour to repay the amount as details given. 1.10.2010=24000-00, 1.11.2010=24000-00, 1.12.2010=30000-00, 1.1.2011=30000-00, 1.2.2011=40000-00, 1.3.2011=40000-00, 1.4.2011=40000-00, 1.5.2011=44000-00, 1.6.2011=44000-00 & 1.7.2011=44000-00. The Company was send in my favour ten (10) cheque bearing No.129751 to 129760 amounting to rupees as details above. Accordingly first two cheques are encashed by me in due time. third cheque was bounced. After one month the Company representative of Jeypore Mr.Ajit Kumar Singh was told me to return back the eight cheques of Axis Bank A/c.[protected], so as to enable him to send the cheques to the company, to issue a fresh-one of another account,& accordingly I have handover all the cheques to Mr.Singh. Till today I have not received any cheque or any amount or any response from the Company or his representative. Except the stamped agreement and some account number of company (ICICI[protected], AXIS-[protected], PAN-AAEFG7465R) I have no other information about the Company.
